ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!!! Someone very nice used this florist (Stewarts) to send me a dozen red roses. The delivery took OVER 24 hours even though I live only 3 miles away from their shop. When the roses finally arrived, I received 3 white roses (brown petals NOT removed) shoved in the center and hardly visible amidst nine poorly cut and horribly arranged bruised red roses in a VERY unattractive glass vase. No ribbon...nothing. No "artistry" whatsoever! This atrocity obviously was not damaged during delivery...it left the shop in this condition. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL! A BETTER arrangement could have been purchased from the local grocery store for about $20. I have avoided using this sub-standard florist since 1996 and would recommend doing the same. UPDATE: It has been just over 24 since I received the roses...2 red are dead! The petals fell off and heads were drooping so I removed the roses from the original "arrangement" to be re-cut and re-arranged and found the bottom of all stems brown and hard, unable to soak in water and NOT cut on an angle. Who doesnt know the stems of roses should be cut on an angle? Stewarts Florist, thats who! FTD should disassociate from this florist immediately!

Ive had Stewarts work on multiple arrangements for my family. This past year my grandmother received flowers from four shops in the Hazleton area for her 90th birthday. In two weeks the only arrangement that was still alive and healthy was the one I purchased from Stewarts. Their creativity is impeccable as well! I have so much trust in their product and designers that I simply give them my budget and they always deliver an amazing product that is sure to impress!!!!

Spent $50 to have a bouquet delivered to a co-worker in the hospital. The bouquet picture included 7 roses, and some gerber daisies and carnations. What was delivered had no roses, 3 daisys and the rest carnations. When called, they said "There is small print that a price-similar flower would be substituted in the event they didnt have the requested bouquet in stock." There is NO WAY that 3 daisys and a handful of carnations costs $50. Steer clear.

We had two very lovely casket sprays and other funeral arrangements for two recent viewings in our family from Stewarts floral.Last week we received a large poinsettia plant and a rose poinsettia arrangement ,both were beautiful. The sprays were very full and colorful and very professionally done. I would highly recommend them for any floral needs.

Never use this company for anything. The flowers look nothing and I mean NOtHING like the website. They charged me 3 times for the same amount for one order of flowers and then when I called the owner Mary Stewart told me I dont understand how bussniess works thats why Im up set. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO Bussniess with the Stewarts!
