STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother for Mothers Day. The manager was a male who took the order and was rude on the phone and rushed me. When she received the flowers, it looked like a completely different bouquet of flowers, and was more leaves than flowers. AND he spelled my mothers name wrong! What I was hoping to be a kind, thoughtful gesture for my mother turned into a disaster. Ive never had such an issue before. I called to resolve the issue and spoke with the same manager. He was so rude on the phone, has no customer service whatsoever and refused to even give me a partial refund - saying he "had money in it too"! He said he would send his driver out to replace the flowers but only if he felt something was missing. At that point, the damage had already been done. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, I never will again-lesson learned! Awful customer service and TERRIBLE bouquet! I would rate them a 0 if I could.

Placed order on phone after referencing arrangements on their website and I was asked what the listed price was. We were good. Next morning I get a call that the price was wrong for VD deliveries. Now their website list new price $14 higher and that is what they want me to pay now. They would not honor the advertized lower price and indicated it was my mistake. I canceled my ordered as their employee that took my order should have been able to indicate the correct price and let me make my decision. I will no longer be ordering thru them.

I will NEVER order from them again. I placed an order to have flowers delivered to my mother. The order was confirmed, and then I received a voicemail hours later saying the order had been cancelled. I tried calling multiple times, but their phone wasnt working. I finally got through and they said we can no longer fit it on the truck for today. Didnt have any empathy. By that point, it was too late to get another vendor to send flowers. Awful experience.

I did a phone order on 13AUG16 as I wanted to get a female I was dating some flowers for her BDAY. So I called, never having flowers delivered before, and very friendly and pleasant female answered and helped me get things in order. The female I got the flowers for loved them. I got to see the flowers after and saw that they were assorted wonderfully and with delight precision. Totally recommend 100%. Syracuses Own C LOU

I received a surprise vase full of lilies this morning from this florist. I went to smell my favorite scent and got a nose full of cigarette smoke! I put them outside on our porch to try and air them out. I brought them in after a couple of hours and within a matter of minutes my living room smelled like an ashtray. These items are too expensive to expect this kind of service.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who was doing a summer placement in Syracuse from this place. They were very amenable to my order over the phone and delivered the flowers on time and according to her they were beautiful. I would recommend this place no problem. Very friendly staff.
