No respect for the local community. Ive always admired this store, but unfortunately, I will never go here again, nor will I let any of my friends in the area go here again. I live right across the street from this store, and was completely misbehaved to today by one Pure Designs employees (the woman in the white suburban- you know who you are). While I was clearly waiting for a car to pull out of a parking spot, she decided to cut right in and park. I very patiently got out of the car to get her attention, but was completely ignored till she finished parking her car. I asked her if blatantly stealing someones spot was the civil thing to do, to which she replied "I work right there". I said "I live right here", to which she basically shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Pure Designs is a great store, but how its employees behave out and about in the local community is a strong reflection to me of what kind of service I will get if I walk in the store. Like I said, youve likely lost quite a bit of business today- please hire employees who are capable of acting with civility.

I stopped in after reading reviews of Pure Florist to order roses for Valentines Day to be delivered to my girlfriends office. I was greeted by who I believe was the owner, he was extremely friendly and patiently listened to my needs and explained all the options available. I asked if they could be delivered by 4pm on V-day and he said he could not guarantee the time but that they would have several people out delivering flowers and since her office was close by that it shouldnt be an issue. The flowers arrived at 445pm and I received a call from my girlfriend who was literally speechless! She said the two dozen long stem roses in glass vase had to be at least 3 feet tall and that she couldnt even carry them if she tried! They are absolutely beautiful and also included hydrangeas (see pic). I would highly recommend Pure for their professionalism, top notch customer service and their fresh, beautiful arrangements. Thank you Pure for making her Valentines Day extra special.

I live in South Florida, recently I found out my sister was very sick at the hospital in Philadelphia so I began looking for a flower shop near her location. I had never expected to find this incredible place (Pure Design) over the internet. I called and found Michael at the other end of the phone who treated me with respect and compassion, and in less than a few minutes he assured me everything is taken care of… the best part was that on the way to the hospital, he took it upon himself to stop someplace and buy her a teddy bear in addition to the flowers, this was an amazing act of kindness. I want to thank you Michael for the great job youve demonstrated. My sister was delighted with the gift and i couldnt thank you enough.

I have never gotten anything but the highest level of service from the folks at Pure Design. I have used them for many years and find that the quality of the flowers as well as their arrangements are of the highest quality. They have helped me with parties, holidays and even the funerals of both my parents and brother. They were understanding, helpful and actually really reasonably priced (when I consider the quality of the product and service). I wholeheartedly recommend this store.

I cant say enough about the wonderful job that Anna and the staff at Pure Design accomplished with a task that was not easy. Our family had 2 children graduating from two different universities. The party was for both children and Anna pulled off the most spectacular arrangements representing both universities beautifully for our event. The room looked spectacular and everyone asked "who did these fabulous flowers?". Need I say more. Pure Design Rocked!

I called from San Francisco to arrange flowers for the 97th birthday of a dear family friend. Nicole was very nice on the phone and very helpful. I described the kind of loose flower arrangement I preferred, and I felt I was in good hands. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Ordered online. They delivered to hospital. My friend said they were the most beautiful flowers he has ever seen. The nurses and his family said so as well. The only thing I would recommend is an email confirmation that my online order was received. As far as the quality, Amazing!
