I have been sending flowers and gift items for more years than I care to remember...but never have I had a better experience dealing with a florist or a finished product. My son was in Boston last week. It was his birthday and also the opening of a Second City play he was producing. So not only was that special, but he went to college in Boston which made the week especially special. Wanting to do something special for him, (I live in Chicago) I looked up florists on google and happened upon Center Square Florists. Called an spoke with Eileen (whom I now consider a friend). She sent him an adorable cartoon balloon display to his hotel. The employees at the Lenox Hotel just loved it, as of course, did my son. Two days later, my best friend and I decided he needed something for opening night. Saw the snack garbage pail (which yall must check out). It was late in the day, but Eileen got it to the theater BEFORE my son even arrived there. When he went backstage, he was shocked, as was the cast and crew. No one could get over it. The cast and crew dove into the goodies and it took their opening night jitters away. My son said I was voted Best Mom and my best friend, Best Friend. IT WAS A TREMENDOUS HIT. Thanks to Eileen, and David, his Boston stay was PERFECT. I shall never send anything, unless it is sent from CENTER SQUARE FLORIST and have passed the word on to all my friends. And cant wait til I visit Boston,so I can go there and meet Eileen and David. Thank you both.

Last week we called Central Square Florist with a rather odd request, we wanted a mixed bunch of Mylar balloons to send to a co-worker in the hospital - we wanted it to hit his funny bone - so we asked that the bunch included all sorts of what could be considered inappropriate balloons for the occasion (i.e "Happy Graduation", "I Love You", "Over the Hill", "Happy Mothers Day"), as well as the usual "Get Well" and "Thinking of You". We received word that he received our bunch of balloons and took it as we intended, had a good laugh and it brightened his day! But what brightened our day was the amazing service we received when calling Central Square - the clerk on the phone was so helpful and jumped right in with helping us decide on what balloons to include - even when it meant going to the basement to dig out the "Happy Mothers Day" balloon. We called late in the afternoon to place the order and by 11 am the next day we received word our co-worker had received them. This has been a difficult time and the patience of the clerk when we called and the ability to accommodate us in this request (even if you had to go down to the basement) was truly appreciated!!

I have used Central Square Florist a couple of times now and am THRILLED with their service and the quality of their products! I have had some pretty bad experience with ordering flowers online or by phone, and was losing faith, but with Central Square Florists, what you see is what you get ..EVERY TIME! They deliver exactly what they promise (looks even better than in pics; they are creative (love the doggy bouquets), and amazingly FAST. Same day often means in the next couple of hours! I love this florist! They have put a smile on the faces of my recipients every time, and I will NEVER order anywhere else. They have also assured me that they can arrange deliveries through a preferred network when an order is our of their service area, and I would totally trust that to happen as I have seen the pride they place in their work. LOVE THEM! Cant say enough...thanks for restoring my faith in floral gifts, Central Square!

So I had a busy day at work yesterday (Friday), and I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers for our first anniversary. I spoke with someone on the phone first thing in the morning on my way to work, to just find out prices and what they had. I wasnt able to buy/order them online throughout the day. I called them when they were closing when I got out of work, and someone helped me on their way out the door. I could tell he took the time to help me out and place my order when he could have left for the day, and he was incredibly friendly. Got the flowers the next morning, my wife loves them! I dont know who the guy was who helped me (I should have gotten a name), but he did an incredible job! To take the time on a Friday night when they could have just let the phone ring and left for the weekend is something else. I would recommend anyone to CSF, Im definitely going to use them again!

Horrible experience at this florist shop. If I could give this florist 0 stars I would. This florist charged my card for an order. I recurve a call from their end claiming that their Comcast network was down and I needed to provide them with my card information in order to proceed with the transaction. I noticed that my card was subsequently charged twice. When I asked for my refund they refused to give me a refund claiming that my card was only charged once. However my bank had been charged twice. I recorded horrible service when I phoned on. David the owner hung up on me and stated that I should just call my bank for a refund and he wouldnt issue a refund on his end. Buyer Beware. Horrible service. Will NEVER order flowers from this shop again. Find another florist. This isnt the shop that you want to partner with for any celebration. BUYER BEWARE!

Central Square Florist came through for me with flying colors! (Literally as well as figuratively.) Due to an unfortunate death in a colleagues family, I needed flowers delivered to my office in Cambridge on the same day, with no advance notice. I looked on their website and found something I thought would be appropriate. When I called, the person taking my order was extraordinarily helpful, and worked with me to assemble an arrangement that sounded perfect. It was delivered within just a few hours, and when I saw it, I was astonished. It was huge, beautiful, and filled with gorgeous flowers, both full blooms and buds, so it will keep on looking great for a long time. It totally surpassed my expectations, and was extremely reasonably priced. I will use Central Square Florist whenever I possibly can.

I recently lost my beloved Poodle and the WG Group from MIT had a beautiful flower basket with a poodle made out of white carnations sitting in the front of the basket with all varieties of flowers surrounding it on 3 sides. It was "BREATHTAKING" absolutely "BREATHTAKING!" Everyone stopped by my office to see it. Very very creative and KUDOS to the person that made a poodle out of white carnations. Then, I called up to order a sympathy arrangement for a friend at work who just lost a loved one and when it arrived, my friend called me and I immediately went to her office and her basket of flowers was literally "OUT OF THIS WORLD BEAUTIFUL!" Central Square Florist has very talented people. KUDOS to all of you! Their work is prize winning! Dont hesitate to use Central Square Florist. The BEST!!!
