On Wednesday of last week, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mothers Day. I actually called and spoke with someone at their Perkiomen location, because I wanted to ask about the arrangement -- and that may have been my mistake. I should have ordered online, because it appears they lost my order. Nothing was delivered yesterday - Saturday - which is when they were to deliver. Theyre closed today. At least I was never charged. Its like it never happened ... but now Im stuck trying to find last minute/same day delivery in her area. So much for being prepared. EDIT: Ive changed my rating. They did deliver - a day late. It was frustrating to not be able to reach them to find out if theyd deliver, and because they were closed, I guessed that they wouldnt. In the meantime, I ended up ordering another arrangement from somewhere else.

I went to Heck Florist to order flowers for my wedding. Throughout the ordering process, the attendant was INCREDIBLY RUDE, and acted as though she didnt want my business. At one point, she made me wait 15 minutes to talk to her. When my flowers arrived, some of them were already dying, with brown spots, and didnt look healthy at all. I questioned about it, and another attendent, while agreeing that they didnt look good, argued with me saying it was fine because they always look like that when they arrive from the wholesaler. If the flowers always look bad when they arrive, they shouldnt be selling them. I dont like to leave negative reviews, but I really dont want someone else to have to go through what I did. I felt mistreated and not respected.

We live in Rhode Island, and needed a funeral arrangement immediately, to be delivered within hours in Reading PA and was recommended this florist by the funeral home we went in blind faith, and thanks to the wonderful, courteous and sympathetic help of Debbie the flowers arrived on time and our family members in Reading PA were very please and called to say how beautiful the flowers

Fruit basket bananas were ripe enough to make banana bread, pears were all but brown and bruised. African violet leaves were spotty. Immediately responded per their card if dissatisfied with product. Next day replacement was promised after 1 p.m. It is now 6:44 and the replacement has not come.

Wouldnt answer their phone. Sooo stopped by after my 9-5 job, they werent there. Amazing. Bankers hours. Makes no sense.
