I took a brand new 2012 Ford F350 in to Push N Pull to have an MVP Plus Plow that I purchased there in December of 2011. When installing the plow one of their mechanics accidentally managed to get brake fluid/hydraulic fluid all over the front of the grill which in turn discolored and stained it permanently. At first the service manager seemed to be accepting of full responsibility to replace the grill...in fact he was going to upgrade it to a chrome grill. Unfortunately after nearly a year and dozens of phone calls I still have a permanent stain on the front of the truck. Ive had every excuse from "Our guy that does that is out of town", "They are out of stock of that particular grill" to "They dont make an aftermarket grill for that truck" and "Well send someone out next week". The plow works great but my (now year old) truck still looks like garbage. Keeping my fingers crossed that this plow never breaks, Im guessing their customer service will be just the same. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

This place is dishonest! I took my 2016 travel trailer there for a state inspection. I was told that it needed some work which would cost $185. That seemed odd since it was a relatively new trailer, but I called them back 5 minutes later to say go ahead since it would be a pain to haul it back to the dealer. I got an angry message a couple hours later saying my trailer was tying up their bay while they were waiting to hear from me. Apparently whoever answered the phone did not pass on the message causing a one day delay in being able to pick it up. They didnt even apologize for their mistake! Instead, when I picked it up, the bill was now over $230 because they said the breakaway switch was broken and needed fixed. I was never told about that, and when Im quoted a price, I expect a business to stick to it. The switch worked fine when they inspected it and called me with their list. So what happened? Yeah, I already know. Beware!!!

I have a deweze set up on a Ford f450 it had a bad. Bet tensioner ..so I thought okay this is the only place to get it ..Intel they sent a dayco Tensioner for 231.75 pulse shipping was 81.33 ..so all together 313.08 I paid ...none the less I got ripped off cause my local parts store carries this same belt tensioner for 60.00 with no shipping ....BS if u ask me and there customer service sucks bad as well...dayco part number 89204

Just bough a custom trailer and Im not sure why anyone would ever wanna purchase anywhere else! These guys knew all the answers to my questions! They designed the perfect trailer for my needs! I have purchased numerous plows and salt hoppers from these guys. Even had a few truck bodies built. Push-N-Pull is the best. They can handle whatever you need on your truck and they do it right! Very knowledgeable!

Although I wasnt able to get my brake controller installed (due to MY issues, not theirs), I give Push-n-Pull and Erik high marks for customer service attitude, something that is often lacking these days.
