Every time I have ever went to back country they have always exemplified top notch customer service and knowledge in the equipment. They are always willing to help and answer any questions that you might have, recently had an experience where I bought a pair of Nordica boots and one of the buckles got damage through-out the ski season took them back to them and they took care of everything, Sent them back to Nordica and got them fixed without me having to do anything except bring them in. Truly a top notch Store with a top Notch staff to go along with. would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do anything outdoors!

Sold us a womens board for a 14 year old boy, after we told them that we werent interested in buying a womens board, which we were oblivious of. (Didnt tell us that it was a women board) We went back to exchange it, then, they told us that we would actually be getting a better deal and after he told us that we would have some extra money left over, and we might want to buy a stomp pad with that extra money. Charged us 2x for both boards after they clearly said that they were "Exchanging it for another one". Not going back.

I loved this little shop! The employees were very helpful with finding the correct paddle for me and my kayak. They carry a lot of backpacking, paddling, and winter sport accessories that cannot be foubd anywhere else in the area!

Kind of by default the best snow sports shop in the area. It is the only one, however the staff is friendly and helpful with a good selection.
