I was in the Mt. Pleasant area and decided to stop in to purchase a pair of Salomon shoes. I was the only customer in the store, so as i entered the store, i was expecting a greeting of some sort....nothing, no response. So i made my way over to the shoes and started to browse. No one came over to help or to even acknowledge that i was even in the store. The employees ( at least 3 ) continued talking amongst themselves. Very displeased.

I came in on Monday, July 3rd and there were at least 4 employees working. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged me or asked if they could help. The store was pretty much empty, they just couldnt be bothered. Not what you would expect when buying expensive apparel.

Got a pair of Chacos that didnt fit me right, and I thought Id have to pay for another pair. These guys ended up letting me exchange for a better size. Awesome.
