I wish I could give this store 0 stars. I visited this store on 6/27/17 at 4:43pm. The store falsely placed a sign indicating the the 24 pack 2oz bottles of ready to feed Enfamil was on sale, buy one get one 40% off. I checked out and proceeded on my way. I live in the south hills of PA and this store was an easy hour from my home. I visited this store as the store closest to me does not sell the cases on Enfamil, only the individual boxes. Upon arrival at home I noticed that my receipt showed that I paid full price for both cases of Enfamil. I contacted the store and was immediately placed on hold for at least 10 minutes while the sales associate went to check the sign that was out in front of the Enfamil cases. When she returned she advised that the sale was not for these cases but for a 24 pack of 8oz bottles which were a few shelves away. I specifically grabbed the two cases directly behind the sign to make sure I was grabbing the correct items to avoid such issues as this. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding this false advertisement, the laughable "manager" Mary Anne had taken the call. This woman proceeded to speak over me, sarcastically speak to me and ultimately disconnect the phone on me when I simply asked her to verify that she had taken my information (name and phone number) correctly. I cannot begin to explain the level of unprofessionalism shown by this "manager". She did absolutely nothing but pass the buck off to the store manager who is supposedly returning my call tomorrow, which i anticipate greatly. Before visiting this store heavily consider taking a drive to either west Mifflin or south hills, they will at least treat you, a paying customer, with the respect you deserve. And to the store manager at Monroeville, do yourself a favor, to avoid future occurrences, have Mary Anne review your corporate policy on customer service and professionalism or simply hide that troll in the back and strip her phone privileges from her.

While BRU has selection, if you need to return anything from a baby shower and you dont have a gift receipt or if you received something not on your registry, they will NOT give you store credit. In essence, they assume the item is not theirs unless you can prove it otherwise. In my case, the sales clerk specifically told me she knew the item was theirs but she couldnt take it because of their stringent policy. It was the most frustrating return experience Ive ever had with a major retail chain. Not saying never to shop here, but beware of the hoops of fire youll have to pass through to return things.

I work there. They have this lady there named Susan who is always harassing the black employees, and the worse part is she is black. I dont know what her problem is, but she has made me hate working at BabiesRUs. Other than that one person, everyone else is great. There are a lot of good people working there that are always willing to help. The store manager Mary Weston is just amazing. Every time I have the opportunity to work a shift under her is great, because she creates an inviting environment.

I liked it for the education while we registered. Two young guys actually helped us understand car seats and strollers. They say they match Amazon and others prices but that doesnt apply for Prime. The parking lot was really dark at night. I really didnt like the way the online registry didnt work well.

Customer service is great deal here! Besides good selections and great prices, you cant beat the support of Mary and Mike! They took their time to answer all our questions and help us get a good deal. Next time you come around, just ask for these wonderful ambassadors! They rock!
