Never been to a babies R Us before and this is my first baby. I wanted to see the items I picked for my registry cause I did everything on line, and I wanted to see what they looked like in person plus add more things. When I got there I first went up to the baby registry and a lady was helping a young girl. I stood for 5 minutes and she didnt even look at me or say hello or anything. Then another young associate came and ignored me too, and was helping her. I just dont understand how you can ignore someone for such a long time and not say anything. In retail you should not let a person wait longer than 30 seconds to be acknowledged. I was getting pissed and was about to walk out. Finally the lady asked can I help you and I told her I wanted to print out my registry, she pointed to the machine and told me I can print it their. After I printed my 14 pages. I then had to wait again to ask a question. This time there were 3 people behind the baby registry desk and no one asked if I needed help again. After all of this Poor customer service, not only could I not find half of the stuff on my registry or anything else I wanted to add, but I could find anyone in the store to help. This experience was so horrible and I was so disappointed that I wish I never even started a baby registry with this place, but im stuck cause my invite to my shower is going out tomorrow. I dont plan on EVER going back to this store even tho it is up the road from me and gonna try another Babies R Us. Hopefully they will treat me like a customer.

I went in to the South Blvd store recently on a Wednesday afternoon. While there were hardly any customers in the store- there were far less employees. I am 32 weeks pregnant and needed assistance getting a highchair into my cart. I asked politely if I could get some assistance from 3 different employees- each time being told that someone was on their way. After 30 minutes of waiting for help, I left and went next door to Buy Buy Baby. I was able to get the same product in less than 10 minutes and they even gave me 20% off because of my frustration with my experience at Babies R Us. Additionally, I just received a package from a friend off of my registry from Babies R Us. Of course, they sent me the wrong item (the correct item is listed on the shipping order). I am sure returning the item to the South Blvd store will be a breeze (sense my sarcasm!) Do yourself a favor and register/shop at Buy Buy Baby! Much better customer service and you can use a 20% coupon from Bed Bath and Beyond.

Babies R Us can definitely be on the more expensive side for baby stuff, but the service at this store is phenomenal. I went in twice to do my registry, and I had no idea what I was doing. I assumed at a big store like Babies R Us I would never get any help, but both times I actually had employees come up to me and ask me if I needed help. Both employees went above and beyond to answer all my questions, attaching car seats to strollers to see which ones I liked, explaining how many mattress pads I would probably need, etc. And, they werent just trying to push stuff either. They were all really honest about what I did and didnt need. They were also super knowledgable. These were the floor associates, not the registry people. The only negative I had was with the registry lady. She kept trying to convince me to put stupid stuff on my registry. Overall though I was quite pleased with my experience.

I had a GREAT experience yesterday returning & purchasing a new car seat for my son. The seat i had was purchased on clearance 2 months ago, not thinking it wouldnt work for my vehicle. Yesterday I went into the store & returned the seat no questions asked & the assistant store manager (forgot his name) helped me pick a GREAT seat for my son. he was so knowledgeable and helpful, he even brought it to my car & reminded me that after my son got to 40 lbs that i could no longer use the latch system, to only use the seat belt. this manager was AWESOME!! Cooperate needs to know what a great job this man does.

We went here to register and didnt have any problems. We went back to buy the 400 stroller we registered for and they were very unaccommodating about the coupon I had (which they took before). I came back twice and left with purchasing the stroller. I will not buy everything else at Buy-Buy-Baby, they are much more accommodating about price matching on big items! GO THERE to register!!! Babies-R-Us are not customer service related at all. I even spoke to the Manager TWICE about this and he still didnt help. I emailed corporate about it and didnt even get a reply email! So disappointed!

Friendly staff, decent selection of baby goods, though it can be a bit overpriced. Their clearance sections (in each department) are excellent! There is a nursing mothers room with I GREATLY appreciate! The restrooms arent the cleanest... if you use them for your baby registry you can earn cash back. I earned about $100 through the course of my pregnancy with my son. They make returns very easy and otherwise provide what you would expect from a middle quality baby goods store.

Everyone was great. My first baby and they helped us out with everything we needed to get. A special thanks to the store manager, Chris, for personally helping us with the registry. He knew everything about every product he had in his store. From strollers to bottles, he must of read about every product on the shelves and knew the reviews for them all. Thanks to the rest of the staff that was also very helpful and kind. -Paul

After we purchased a Motrola Video Monitor for over $200 and had used only for several months,the sound stop working. We had the receipt and took back to store. Mgr REFUSED to accept return saying the unit only had to work 45 days! Will never go back...Suggest you go to BUY BUY BABY that is almost NEXT DOOR, as their service is better and have many more items!

Lacking customer service, difficult to find someone in the store for assistance. When I have actually found someone to ask a question they are not knowledgable at all. I also keep receiving incorrect items when ordering online. Take a walk into Buy Buy Baby next store and you will see a considerable difference on how a retail location should operate.

Very poor customer service. Every time we have had to return an item or gift it has been a painful experience. At this point we are willing to pay more just to avoid this store. If there was a way to rate their service lower than poor, I would.

The store is awesome, however the managers and their customer service is awful.....make sure you keep your receipt otherwise they make you feel like you stole item youre trying to return. I had an awful experience!
