I wanted to take the time to say that the service and attention I received at Ideal Baby & Kids in Doral was incredibe... I am working on designing a nursery for a client of mine ... She is due in the late summer ...and a you can inagine I had a million questions to ask... The staff patiently answered all my questions and really made an otherwise stressful experience really great. Thank you to the staff and store manager for helping me for over 3 hrs ... My client was very happy.. She was so thankful that the staff also took the time to share their vast knowledge of the car seats and strollers... With so many options its nice to have had the attention and great service where my client could ask her questions and get something that would last her a good amount of time and would be the best investment for her and her family. If you want great service, selection visit Ideal Baby & kids in Doral ... By the way the carry amazing shoes!!!... We picked up little Melissa shoes while we were there... To die for. Huge hug to the team in Doral... We definitely be back!

Horrible experience. Went in to buy a car seat , was not in stock at the moment. Was told originally it would take 3-4 weeks to come in- I told them never mind because that would be too close to my due date. The sales lady speaks to the manager and they tell me they can have it in two weeks- i agreed and paid the full price. Call today- its been more than two weeks havent heard back from them. Now they are telling me it will take an additional two weeks. Is this ridiculous or what. Absolutely no shame. These people will lie to you just to get a sale. Now Im stuck waiting.. & possibly having to buy another car seat if I go into labor before it comes. First and last time buying from this place.

Nunca compres aqui!!!!! Este es el lugar mas malo para hacer una lista de un babe shower....nunca hay los productos, tremenda mala atencion, desorganizados... me arrepiento muchisimo de haber ido ahi. Da pena ese lugar. Que no te pase lo mismo q a mi...gracias....

Im not sure what is more Inefficient if the employees of the store or the computer system that they use. I went to buy a present for a friend of mine and they gave me the registry list of her first pregnancy. Indeed, if I dont pay attention I end up buying a present for a girl instead of a present for the boy that she is expecting. But not only that! To be more disappointed, she got the car seat twice, 3 lamps, and 5 baby bouncers. Everything was the same! I really like the products of the store, but what a mess!

Bought expensive furniture set for my newborn baby. Now I see that it came complete with powderpost beetles and since I discovered them more than three months after purchase, they are not responsible in any way and I will need to reach the manufacturer directly. Even my purchase information was conveniently erased from their computer system.

Very Happy with Ideal Baby. Last time we were there Ivania tended to us and Roberto as well towards the end. They were very patient and honest as we looked at different baby furniture and compared prices. They offer good quality at good price. Friendly and polite. I would recommend.

Over Priced. They take advantage that some of the merchandise cannot be found as easily some where else. They are not customer service oriented. Their tone is not "nice"...its almost like you owe to buy there. I will not go there again. Id rather buy it online.

Pricey but there are some things that you can only get at ideal. They dont show everything on the website and they have a lot of handmade babystuffs from south america.
