For the most part I can find things that I need, but I only visit the Aventura location as a last resort. This particular location does not seem to restock very often, and I was not at all shocked to see that they still had Plum Organics products on their shelves that were part of the recall back in November. I was also not happy to be told, by a very nasty manager (Jan. 2014), that I needed to pay $10 to have the carseat I just purchased installed. Very interesting since I did not have to pay to have my first carseat installed. When mentioned this and asked the manager to produce something in writing, he became extremely belligerent and walked away. The certified installer installed my seat for free. Inspector gadget that I am, I called the 800 line for Babys R Us and was told that there was no such policy. As of a few months ago. They no longer install car seats. This review is for the #AventuraFl location only. I have been to other locations outside of Florida that were much better! I am so sorry for the #Babysrus organization that this store is giving them such a bad name in theSouth Florida area.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! returned a few items I got for my baby and let the lady known the original purchase was made with a visa gift card that I got for my baby shower the lady at the register said the money would go back to the gift card I explained I no longer had the plastic she told me to call visa and they would send me a new plastic I obviously called visa and they couldnt help me stating they needed to card number called up aventura babies r us spoke to the manager he didnt even understand what was going on I had to explain it twice and basically told me he couldnt do anything from his end that I should call toys r us corporate, how could you run a business like that???? Please be careful with returns at this store!!!!

Baby registry kiosk out of order. The person who is in charge of the registry is hardly ever there or too busy running around the store. There is no customer service whatsoever. It is difficult to look for things because they are either misplaced, out of stock, or on the floor. I literally spent 2 hours looking for things off a baby registry and when I asked an associate for help, she didnt even know where it was. Then there was only 1 cashier in the checkout area with a whole bunch of shopping carts everywhere. This place has really gone down-hill. It is much better buying it online than wasting your time in this store.

Bons produtos, mas péssimo atendimento, infelizmente. Bem diferente da Buybuy Baby, inde fui muito bem tratado. A loja não tem disponível para vc levar tudo o que ela mostra na loja. Vários produtos (carrinhos /strollers, por exemplo) sò estão diaponíveis via internet

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have never seen a baby store with such bad customer service. The cashiers treat you like trash, and if you want to bag something big like a bag of diapers, they will just throw you the bag so you can do it yourself. I went with my toddler in the store and to see first hand how poorly they treat customers is not acceptable. They need to get new management team so they would actually interview people, not just hire ghetto people that dont know how to talk to customers.

Great store worst staff and customer service ever. My mom called a staffs attention for help and we stood waiting around for near thirty minutes till I hailed someone down, who then tried to tell me to wait again. I wasnt having it. The girl at the register was so lifeless, I had to greet her just to try and have some semblance of a conversation. Customer service needs to be stepped up, or just give us self checkout.

Very limited selection compared to other babies r us in the general area. Staff is rude and for the most part are unhelpful, with the exception of a few random younger employees. If youre upset with your life because youre forty and working at babies r us dont take it out and me and my wife. Funny how they hassle you on something with a "hassle free return" policy.

El babies r us está bueno, no tiene grandes ofertas pero si variedad. El local de al lado Toys r us es bastante limitado en su variedad y los precios no muy buenos.

What kind of babies r us doesnt have a gift wrapping area? Wtf is the point of doing baby registry with them. Ive never gone to a babies r us without a gift wrap station. Im not asking them to wrap Ill wrap it just give me the damn paper for free like very other normal store with a gift registry. Oh yeah and no gift receipt really?

The worst service I ever saw in my life! Very slow employees. It is more than a month I cannot get my refund and I am 9 months pregnant. No respect to customers. They trying to be nice, but it not gonna give you your money back. Ill never go there even if it will be last store in US!
