Went to buy gifts from a registry. The computer didnt work after numerous tries. Tried to get help and the employee was stuck at the same place I was. Then proceeded to tell me that there was only one computer, which was being used by an employee helping another customer. I waited patiently for another 15 minutes. I went back to the broken computer and it finally spout out the registry. When I went to find the products, the aisles stated on the list were wrong so I basically had to walk around until I saw the product. I saw many employees, but not one asked to help. Terrible customer service. Disorganized. Dark and dingy. Youre better off going to the Boca store or shop online.

I called 3 times to see if this store had a stroller I was looking for and not one time did anyone pickup my call. All the other stores in the area picked up by the 2 or 3ed ring. Customer service is a must for me. I ordered my stroller from a different story that that picked up my call. Dont waste your time with is store.

I just bought xbox 360 and I ask for gift wrap they said they out of gift wrap plus the people works over there looks they hate their job the way they talking to the customer absolutely I returned in the spot sorry you just lost $170
