I had the worst experience at this location yesterday. I had bought a baby gate online for "store pickup" last week. I picked it up the next day after they made me wait 10 minutes for someone to go get it for me, mind you I had gotten the "ready for pick up" email; I brought it home to find the screws in a home Depot bag. It had clearly been used and returned. No big deal. I went back and one of the employees exchanged it for another one. I brought it home and didnt touch it. Over the weekend, my father came over and fixed the stair gate we had, so I had no use for the new gate anymore. I went back to return it, with my receipt and "Nick" (I believe was his name) said it Id get a gift card. I said, "there must be a mistake, because I paid with my debit card". He said because it had been exchanged, that was the only option. I politely asked to speak to a manager because i didnt need a gift card and he said he was the manager. I said repeated I wasnt accepting a gift card. He said he couldnt prove I hadnt paid with a credit card, and that was the only option and he couldnt override it. He examined the gate and said it looked used. I didnt even open the box. He then said hed look up my online order, and that he still couldnt find out how I paid. About 15 minutes later I was still there and there was a line of people. He then very loudly said "Ill override it and give you the money back just for the benefit of the doubt" making sound like I was lying and people looked at me. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. I said "I can show you my bank statement where it shows the charge to my card" and he rudely said "nah, Im good". I went to look for my husband and toddler and left the store in the verge of tears. Ive been shopping at this location since my now 8 year old was 1 year old. But after this experience, I will never go back. Poor customer service and even worse, from a "manager"

This store knows nothing about customer service, I recently had my baby I did not have a registry I got some gifts from Babies R Us including a bottle warmer which has never been used, I kept everything except the bottle warmer I called the store to let them know the situation and they told me all I needed was my ID in order to get store credit. I drove all the way upon my arrival to the store I was notified that they were unable to do anything I went ahead and my wife call the store to speak to someone she spoke with Rick a shift manager which was a very rude attitude and know nothing about simple being nice , nothing about customer courtesy he also let me know that the store manager is not there he will return till Monday he was on vacation but he said it wouldnt make any difference because he knows that the store manager will not do anything to try to help me, keep in mind out off all the gifts I received that was the only one we dont need and its got to be under 20$ . I told him I still need to speak with him whenever he returns but he kept saying in is rude voice he you can guarantee me a store manager will not do anything. What an experience it was .

We would like to thank the group working at the Lauderhill Babies R us (located in commercial Blvd. and University Dr. in Broward) for a wonderful experience when making various important purchases for our upcoming little one. In particular, Cynthia Creighton, Tiffany Fino and Julio Quiñones were very helpful in our purchase process. Cynthia at the baby registry desk was very attentive to our needs regarding the baby registry we had, the guy at the furniture desk helped us for quite some time on selecting a recliner/rocking chair (although we did not purchases one he was great in giving us the options that were available) and Tiffany at the Customer service desk was very helpful in our final checkout process. Also the store manager Julio was extremely helpful in our purchase working with us helping us save some money with some competitor coupons we had, suggesting current store offers and maximizing our discounts in our benefit. Great group all around there, they were extra-patient, helpful and knowable about the products around the store. Even do we have a closer store we will definitely come back to this one for all of our baby needs…

The previous reviewer is right on the money with how disgusting the bathrooms are, especially for children. The nursery room use to be stacked with diapers, wipes and sanitizer, but that stopped quickly because every time Ive been there they were out of everything and that room wasnt maintained either. Otherwise, if you need assistance usually someone is available to help you. Return policy has become more strict, which sometimes becomes challenging if you are registered with them. Make sure to put in your baby shower invitations to have the cashier give them a gift receipt and remove their item from the registry. If not, you will not get the value of what the item was purchased for if it goes on sale and you may get duplicates. Their prices are more reasonable than other baby stores and they have a decent selection. It is also convenient to check and alter you baby registry on line, this gives you an opportunity to review products and remove or add items to your registry at a later date.

The customer services is so bad. The black lady manager is so rud. They dont accept products retune easily. They always argue with customers so badly and so rudely. They dont give free promotional products easily. They didnt give me free doctorbrown baby bottle two time. I have bought more then thousand dollars products from my baby registry in this store. I dont deserve this kind of bad behavior. The company needs to bo some thing to change the bad service to good service.please do something. Or ether ways they gonna lose some good customers.

Tiffany at 7350 W Commercial Blvd in Lauderhill was so helpful. My fiancé and I were so pleased with how she explained everything to us in detail and never got frustrated or annoyed with all of our questions. It was like having a conversation with a friend. Never ever had such a helpful and awesome experience with someone in retail. She made us want to come back to Babies"R"Us for all of our sons needs. Babies"R"Us is number one on my list just because of Tiffany.

I visited in order to buy a baby shower gift, and the box of the product we wanted was open. We talked to the lady at customer service, and she immediately solved the issue. She requested an unopened box from the inventory in the back, and helped us out through the checkout process. She was very nice and made us feel cared. I am very pleased with the service provided.
