Excelente atención. Consigues lo que sea que busques para tu bebé. Además tienen una sala super acogedora y privada donde puedes darle de lactar a tu bebé cómodamente, cambiar su pañal (pañales de todas las tallas disponibles por si no traes ninguno contigo) o tomar un break si lo necesitas. Los baños muy limpios.

I usually go to the Babies R Us in Wellington. I thought maybe today Ill drive all the way out to Boca to the Babies R Us there because it will be worth it. I assumed it would be a very nice Babies R Us because Boca is a very nice area however it was a horrible Babies R Us with Nasty ghetto people who work there, they were rude, not personable, and extremely unhelpful the store was disorganized and there was one checkout line open for a bunch of people at customer service, when there was several employees working. I will never go back to this location, NEVER.

Babies r us isnt my favorite place to shop for baby items because they are so expensive. They claim they price match however if you ask them to price match something they give you so much attitude about it. Its not like Im stealing or doing anything wrong. Dont say you will price match if you are going to be so upset about the fact that I want to price match.

I personally dont shop there if the place is not comfortable for shopping. It doesnt matter what they have in the store. Most of the employees seems to be very unhappy here, and there is always one cashier with long line. They are also very rude. Overall, I really have such a bad experience ever. Dont go there unless you really have to.

They have everything you need for your child except good customer service. Sometimes the only cashier is at the service desk and there is always a mob of people there. I was standing in a line 10 people deep and it took them 20 minutes to get a manager to open a register.

Have waited 4 weeks for delivery of my crib(which was suppose to be 2 weeks) & 2 dressers, just to find out today (the day they said they were delivering) that they do not have the crib only the dressers. This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. Never again!

Great customer service, I didnt give it a 5 star because theres never enough people at the checkout, so one has to wait a long time if the lines are long.
