My wife and I registered for our first baby here two months ago. Our gifts have started to arrive and we have had multiple issues with the store. We picked out what we wanted from the Gulfstream location yet everything has been coming in from the Coral Gables location & when the products we ordered arrive they are in extremely poor, damaged or used condition! Considering we have registered for thousands of dollars of items you at a store thats suppose to be fancy you would think this wouldnt happen. We first received our stroller and bassinet. The black bassinet was covered with white powered all over it from one of the freshness packets exploding in it.....Not very safe for a infant I would say? Then we couldnt find any of the separate attachments ordered to connect the bassinet because instead of sending them in a separate box they opened up other boxes and put the items in there (basically as though they gave us returned items or used floor products). Then this week we received a Lily Pad Organic Mat (also expensive)...Which ALSO came packed in a stroller box? WHICH also was a used returned item or floor item since all the tags were ripped off it and the material had balled up pieces of fabric on it. (AGAIN, not sanitary) I have now reached out to the store for two days and am being told by the Manager Melissa in the Gulfstream location that I cannot return it until they speak to the girl who sent the item to us at out of the Coral Gables store (who has suddenly been out on leave the last two day?)....Im absolutely ticked off by this store, Ive never had a store tell me I cant return a (brand new item)...

Went in today to check out the stokke xplory stoller in person as well as check out some car seats. I asked the price of the stroller and the lady told me its the same price as everywhere else. As any normal person does I had shopped around, and found the same stoller on amazon for cheaper. I shared this piece of information in hopes she would lower the price a little, or do what any decent sales person would do TRY to convince me why i should buy it from there, for example (we can assemble it for you, at our store you will experience good customer service, we can show you how it functions, etc), instead she grunted and started complaining how it is UNFAIR that it is cheaper on amazon, and stormed off to her computer to complain, either to amazon, or to the stroller manufacturer, i really dont care. She yanked out the catalog she had given me earlier right out of my hand, claiming it was the last one she had, and since im not buying it from her store I shouldnt have it. My husband and I were honestly shocked at the lack of customer service and at the whole attitude. Long story short, half (if not all) of the products in the store are available on amazon for cheaper, so the owner is going to have to write one long complaint letter. Of course I would rather come to the store, touch, feel, smell and exoerience the products, and come out with a full bag, but honestly, a robot has more common courtesy than the staff (owner) at this store. Absolute great selection of modern baby products. Top of the line. The only store in the country that carries a custom organic mattress for my oval crib. Extremely pleased with NEXT DAY delivery. Placed an order around 11am, and package was at my doorstop the next morning. Very happy and I plan to shop with Liapela in the future!

The store is nice, the staff is kind and I would have given them five stars if their site and Instagram would not have posted that they have the new collor of the Uppa Baby Cruz in store when they didnt have it. My wife came from Brazil expecting to get one and left with a different color...

Went twice at that place. Nice babies items but terrible assistance! Wanted to do baby registry there. I had to gave up. Staff lack of knowledge and not interested to help. Very disappointed.
