This store is a problem anytime you want to return something. I dont recommend buying from them. Ive had two different experiences trying return something. The manager gave me a hard time and the employees. I had purchase some Similac milk that made the baby sick and had used 3 bottles because I had poured them into the baby bottles so that they can be ready. I had no idea that it would make her sick. I tried to return the other 3 bottles and was given a very hard time for them to exchange the milk bottles for the organic ones instead. I wasnt even trying to get my money back but trying to exchange them. My baby was sick from the milk and they all gave me a hard time. Weve spent so much money there to have to deal with this. Another time I tried to return a humidifier that was too loud for the baby and was given a hard time too! This is not the store I want to shop at. Its easy for them to take your money but not to give it back. Beware!!!

no rating -- very disappointed-unable to use a gift card purchased online that had been charged to my account--no one could help the recipient of my gift nor myself-- 2 months later -- I am still having to call to only to be put on hold and told they didnt know how to assist- I needed to call 1-800-TOYS R US-- NOT HAPPY! embarrassing when the gift was purchased in advance as I was unable to attend the baby shower!!!-- Myra

Everyone has been so helpful. I have gotten some good deals.I like that there is layaway. I like that there is a gift wrapping station. I like they send out and have coupons and discounts. I will be shopping there in the future. SMILES

In-store pick up was so easy. I used the link in the confirmation email to tell the store I was there for the pick up and they brought it over while I was in the check out line with my in-store purchase!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Also, very good selection. Managing the registry with a representative in-store takes a long time, though, since theres always a wait at the registry desk.
