HBC has THE BEST customer service, period. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly people who generously share their knowledge on cloth diapering with others. 1. The shipping is free, doesnt matter if its a big order or a small one. 2. If you have any questions on cloth diapering or the products they sell, you can email/call/FB them and youre sure to receive a reply. 3. I placed an order online once using a gift card and was short of $2 of the total amount and paypal for some reason wasnt working that day. So I decided to complete the order the next day but completely forgot about it. And to my utter surprise, I received the order 2 days later. When I emailed them to let them know that I had to pay them the remaining money, they asked me not to worry about it. If thats not customer service, I dont know what is. 4. When my little one had outgrown some of the prefold diapers, I emailed them to ask if they had a bigger size. They said they did but that I should wait to buy them and instead use a different fold and sent me a link to a video on how to do this fold. And I used the old diapers for 3-4 more months! Instead of trying to sell more stuff to me, they showed me how to use what I already had for a longer time. 5. I once bought a baby-carrier from them, but it didnt work for me, so decided to return it about 3 weeks later. I forgot to take the instruction manual and the pack it came in, but no questions were asked and they took it and refunded the entire amount. I have had multi-million $ stores not accept unopened items WITH the receipt, because it was just a few days past their return-period. 6. They have a nice little play-area in their and the best part, its extremely breast-feeding friendly. If something is not in stock at their store and its something that I dont need right away, I wait till they stock it up to buy it from there. I dont think Ive done this with any other store.

This store carries many different kinds of cloth diapers and offers an orientation class to teach you about how to use them. The store is run by a husband and wife team- both very knowledgeable and friendly- who have used cloth diapers with their kids. In addition to cloth diapers, the store also sells natural toys, baby clothes, many types of slings and carriers, and accessories for cloth diapering and bathing. The website is very comprehensive and reflects current stock, and they often give away product samples and have sale codes on their facebook page. If something is out of stock on the website, you can follow the facebook page to see when it will be back in stock. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls if you have questions or problems, which is great if you are new to the world of cloth diapering and trying to figure out best fits and the laundering process. Another thoughtful perk is that they have a kids playroom at the store if your toddler or older kid doesnt feel like shopping with you. All in all, a great place to shop!

Happy Baby Company has been a joy to buy from. My husband had always said we would cloth diaper, but I wasnt so sure. I agreed to give it a try and we signed up for the free cloth diaper orientation. The cloth diaper orientation was so informative and left me feeling so confident that I couldnt wait to try cloth. We have now been using cloth diapers for two months and have bought all of our diapers and diapering supplies (wipes, detergent, diaper rash balm, wet bags etc.) from Happy Baby Company. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and I always look forward to buying directly from the store. In the few circumstances where we did not have time to visit the brick and mortar store and have ordered online our order arrived VERY promptly (even as soon as the next day). I highly recommend Happy Baby Company for anyone considering cloth as well as for those who already have an established stash.

I have never been to HBCs store (I live MUCH too far away), but I can sing praises all year about their beyond exceptional customer service. If you dont see something you are looking for, email them! Lilli and Adam are on top of their emails and will help in every way possible. See something that youre not sure is perfect for your family, but it interests you? Ask Lilli and Adam. Theyll tell it to you straight if they think it will be a good fit for your family. They stand behind all of their products and only sell items that they, themselves, would use. Just want to say Hi? They enjoy those emails too! Oh, and have I mentioned the FREE SHIPPING to (nearly) anywhere (includes Hawaii!!). I recommend HBC more than any other place in this genre.

Would give 10 stars if possible. They have everything on my wish list and then some. Glass sippy cups, nearly every cloth diaper out there, baby carriers and slings, wooden toys, reusable swim diapers, carrier strap covers/sucking pads for teething babies, low/no toxic car seats, stainless steel plates, non-petroleum creams for every part of the babys body (and adults), etc, etc. Happy Baby owners also own Green Cheeks cloth diaper laundry service--which we used and found so much easier to cloth diaper our twins! Right now one of my babies is chewing on his teething/gumming stick, the other is chewing on his wooden teether. Love that my kids arent soaking up phthalates--thanks to Happy Baby Co! Support this local store!

Happy Baby Company is by far the most helpful store with the best customer service around. I was very excited, but very nervous about cloth diapering and my husband thought I was insane for even considering it! We attended their orientation and was blown away at how thorough they explained everything. Cloth diapering is one of the best decisions we have made for our son and we owe much of that decision to Happy Baby. I love their honesty and ability to help with any question you may have (whether they can answer you or lead you to a source that can!). 100% of our CD stash comes from them and I will not shop anywhere else. I almost forgot to mention they have the fastest shipping I have ever witnessed... and it is FREE:)

HBC reminds us why local independent small business should be supported. Friendliest customer service, this husband - wife duo are extraordinarily helpful with all things cloth diapering (and more - like natural baby toys!). They are beyond patient and helpful to all those to-be parents who are overwhelmed with the upcoming changes in their lives and need help making sense of diapers. :) HBC hosts cloth diapering seminars, babywearing meetings, has a play area for toddlers/kiddos and also has a comfortable place for mothers to nurse their babes. Their prices are fair, they have frequent sales, and their FREE shipping is dynamite. Theres really nothing more to want!! I strongly urge you to support this independent shop.

Happy Baby Company has the BEST customer service and an amazing supply and variety of cloth diapers and accessories! Adam and Lillie know their products and are very helpful! They offer free cloth diaper orientations and are always there to assist when purchasing products! If you cannot make it to their store, they offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the USA! If you are every in the Pittsburgh area, definately stop in and check out their store (their website is awesome too!)! I recommend them to all of my friends and even strangers who stop and ask me about the diapers I am using! They are the only place I get my supplies from! They are the BEST!
