I am a regular at this place. Get Branded stuff for less price here so usually I recommend this place to my friends. But recently I have had really bad experience. They denied returning a baby bath tub saying that you used it and you dont need it anymore so you are returning it. My baby got another tub as a gift and so was returning this one. How can my baby grow that big in a month that she would not need a tub? They were rude. I dont mind being denied to return the tub but the reason and their way if saying it was super rude and not acceptable. Again after a few days, the lady outside the changing room was super rude about putting the clothes back in the hangers. I had around 10 tops, put all 8 on hangers and remaining 2 hangers I didnt have as I took them from outside the trial room. I explained this to her but she was very rude and wanted me to find hangers and put the clothes on them. Them she said to take out hangers from the tops that I was buying and put these 2 tops on them and then return it to her. I didnt mind doing this as I am very particular about putting things back on their respective places but the way she said was not acceptable. She was arrogant and rude and not polite at all. I have been to many stores but never came across such rude staff. Looks like they dont care about their customers and good customer service is a joke to them. Utterly disappointing!

The home department is OK. The mens selection. Is decent but plus sized clothing is horrible here. Theres no variety and everything they do have looks like my great grandmother should be wearing it. Also, the womens shoe department leaves much to be desired. The store layout is horrendous and difficult to navigate if youre unfamiliar with how Burlington usually is. Great prices on what I do find though.

Let me begin by saying i hardly ever leave bad reviews!Ive been to all the Burlingtons in the Pittsburgh area and this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had!the cashiers always give you a bad actitude,they are super rude and unprofessional!they make something as simple as a return a nightmare!now I will do anything to avoid shopping in here Ill just take my business elsewhere!

item that I was looking for and not purchased is not available in store or on line.... Why would this be allowed to be on the registry? This is the one item she wanted most... so therefore I would not recommend Burlington Baby Registry to anyone. Nor will I shop for a baby gift at your store.

This is the worst store, Trying on a coat and used the three way mirrors ( whats my butt look like to day mirror) and the lady said you can do that here. No mirrors in the COAT department at Burlington coat factory. So if you like crappy service go here.
