Worst store! Attempted to do a registry twice now. First time I spent 3 hours looking and selecting things. When we finished we were told machine was not working And not a single thing was added to the list. Total time wasted. Second time there were no machines available because half of them were not working. When I decided to walk the store to scan with my phone there was either nothing on the shelf or the shelves were a total mess with no one around to help. So I decided to just shop for some baby clothes. Well when I finally went to check out there was only 1 register open and this was around 1pm in the afternoon on a Saturday! Once again wasted time and clothes was ridiculously expensive. Can get same clothes at Marshall or Ross for half. Store manager either has no control of his store, is not being given enough help or needs more training. Also the registry printer had a line that was 11 people long, the printers takes FOREVER and the ink was so low you could barely read the black and white paper. Another complete waste of time. Not coming back here again and moving my registry to buy buy baby! Enough is enough!

This place has the worst customer service. when I arrived the were 4 people behind guest services, and not a single one acknowledged me standing there clearly waiting to be helped for over 10 minutes. Then, I was returning outfits given to me at a baby shower without a receipt, and I think the general policy of giving 50 percent back of last sale price is already ridiculous... The girl went and pulled a similar item off the shelf and said she no longer has the item and I can only get 3 bucks back. Well, I went to the rack after making the return and found the identical item within seconds on clearance for 25. I know she saw this item but she tried to give me the least amount back as possible. Sheisty service I tell you. Then when checking out again, it was the same slow, inattentive service all over again.

I did my registry here at this location and also had some price matching done and unfortunately the reason for my low rating is their lack of staff. Any time I have had to go to the customer service desk, there is only one person working it and other customers constantly come up to interrupt asking for help on finding something. Theyre supposed to have printers where customers can print baby registries on their own, but they never work or are out of paper or something, so people always need help from customer service printing it for them. There were about one or two people on the registers, and this was at a time of day when a lot of customers were in the store. They definitely need to hire more staff. If you plan on coming here, be prepared to wait, even if its just to purchase something.

The worse customer service Ive ever received. They were on there phones in front of customers , couldnt get any help lifting anything and at check out mine while I called for a manager to help lift car seat down she cashed everything out and didnt take it off my registry an I told her I needed the one of my registry so no one else bought it . I spent 800$ that day and 5 employees standing there with a line of customers proceeded to ask to step to the side to return all the items after check out to take them off my registry that she messed up doing 2 hours to check out is ridiculous . No one opened another line and no one even asked to help Im 9 months pregnant and this is suppose to be a stroke that caters to moms and children...hire people that want to work ! Very mad mom !!

One star is way to high of a rating for this store. I visited the store on 5/11/16 around 6pm. One cashier and two employs at the customer service desk. Waited in line for 30 mins to check out, then the manager on duty asked us and several other people to move to another register. She was going to open it, then after standing there for another 15 mins. She asked all of to get back in the one cashier line and told us no check outs at customer service desk. Every single person in that line walked out. Manager that was on duty has no business being a manager. She has no clue how to run a store or what customer service is.

Arrive at the store to purchase a gift from a baby registry. 2 registry printing stations, one completely out of service, the other one the printer didnt work. Pulled up the registry from my phone, had to ask about 5 different people to please help me find an item until someone helped me. The item was out of stock in all colors. Second item I had my eyes on was discontinued so I ended up buying the newer version that happened to be 30% off this month. 3 stars because the guy who helped was very nice and the 30% off saved me about $15 bucks but terrible customer service and very disorganized store. Avoid if you can.

This is the worst retail store I have ever worked with. I have tried to call them for 4 days to see if my item has arrived and no one cares to answer. They pick up and hang the phone up. A woman named christy answered the phone 4 days ago after trying to reach them for 2 hours and she said she would call me back. 4-5 days later no one called back and no one answers. I honestly recommend that you choose another store even if you have to drive Much further because they simply dont care to attend customers. The dont "provide outstanding customer service " as per there voicemail.

This place has got to be the worst customer service possible. As usually they have only two lines open for over 10 customers and their check out people could care less about getting people out of there in a timely manner. When I went at 6PM, this short cashier named Juan was slow as can be, purposefully slow. He took his time talking to a coworker about the past weekend while customers waited. I dont think they care. Do yourself a favor, buy on-line from somewhere else or just go to Target where they know how to check people out in a timely manner.

Literally just called 6-7 times and they picked up twice only to hang up on me. When I finally got through and complained to the manager about it he simply brushed it off as "Ok Ill find out who did it what can I help you with" then proceeded to transfer me to someone else didnt even apologize himself. Staff is definitely rude I dont understand whats so hard about answering a business phone and placing someone on hold let alone an apology. DISAPPOINTED! Other than their rude staff, my registry is working out well

Obviously understaffed, customer service is a result of that. Although their employees are not fully versed in product knowledge I have never encountered an employee not willing to help find the answer. After registering with them I often receive calls from a store rep asking if I have any questions or if I need to schedule a one on one with them to assist with the registry. Going that extra mile helps ease the stress of a registry. This location definitely better than the aventura one.
