AVOID THIS STORE UNLESS EXTREMELY DESPERATE OR YOU ENJOY GETTING ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I went into this particular store last week and was helped by Jonathan -- he was phenomenal and I was hoping to work with him again yesterday when I went in to upgrade my current phone to the Galaxy s7. Unfortunately, Jonathan wasnt working yesterday, which is how I ended up with Shiloh. My entire experience with Shiloh lasted just under an hour and went from middling at best to terrible by the end. Shiloh, first off, knows too little to be a good wireless specialist. He does not understand the concept behind phone encryption and, from what I can tell, how the Android OS works in general. He became increasingly frustrated with me and the fact that I had my phone encrypted, immediately telling me that I could not trade the phone in because of that (he said that it was company policy to not accept encrypted phones but then refused to provide any proof of said policy in written form. He was unaware of the fact that all phones would have to be factory reset before sending them back to the AT&T headquarters, effectively removing encryption and returning them to an open state). When I explained that I could factory reset it to remove the encryption but would like to transfer my data from my current phone to the new one, which is why I hadnt done so yet, he seemed to understand but put the blame on me for the misunderstanding initially. He then was unable to help me transfer any data, once again becoming frustrated and blaming my phone for being encrypted and having a pattern protected lock screen. He went out of his way to mention that he has an iPhone and doesnt use a password and that we wouldnt be having this problem if I didnt encrypt the phone. By the end of his trying to unsuccessfully transfer data, he walked away from me and my fiancee, handing off our care to another representative (at which point I left). In addition to the above, during the interaction, he also pulled my microSD card out of my phone without unmounting it (luckily without corrupting any data, but stupid none the less -- who does that? Half my apps run off of the SD card, which I had planned on using in the new s7. This plays back into the fact that he doesnt know how phones operate) and took the protective screen cover from my phone, which he didnt bother to give back to me before storming away in a huff. (To compare, I went to Costco later that day and used the Wireless Advocates kiosk to upgrade my phone. The representative there was orders of magnitude more competent and helpful, facilitating my data transfer from old phone to new wirelessly and answering any questions I came up with. They also have some pretty awesome incentives for shopping with them there so if you have a Costco membership, go there for any phone needs).

One word describes this place and its "SHADY." Went there to upgrade to a iPhone 6. I waited patiently for over 20min before someone helped me. Finally it was my turn. I explained to the associate that I was interested in upgrading. I gave him my info and said I wanted to take advantage of the deal At&t was offering to trade in my current iPhone and get a $200 credit. He looked at me and said no such offer existed. I explained its plastered all over the internet and its no secret. He cut me off and said "I cant quote the internet". I attempted to pull up the articles on my phone to show him it was a current At&t promotion and that I wasnt lying and he cut me off and said he didnt care what I showed him. He went back to saying he cannot quote the internet again. I couldnt believe that a store that sells At&t would act this way. I wasnt in any way trying to pull one over on anyone I just wanted the deal At&t was advertising. He then let it slip in a non direct way they werent really At&t. It was like a lightbulb going off. Since this is a "reseller" they aparently wont honor anything At&t offers. At this point it was very obvious that this store likes to pretend they are At&t when in fact they are not. I admit they do a great job of making it look and feel just like a At&t store. Even has the huge logo out front. But dont be fooled. They dont honor anything At&t offers and wont tell you outright who they really are and what their policy is. Rather then being upfront about their policy they try to make you look like your a fool and dont know what you are talking about. Thats no way to do business.... Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Unless of course you prefer to be lied to pay more and get terrible service. If thats the case then this place is just for you.....

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GO TO THE CAPITAL CITY MALL LOCATION. I had a 5C and was waiting for it to stop working until I got a new phone. My screen broke today, so I decided now was the time. After going in my immediate/first impression was that the staff was very immature. What I wanted to do was upgrade to a 6s Iphone and pay in full so my monthly plan amount was not affected. He immediately tried to make me get the 7 and continued to push until I made it clear multiple times I did not want the 7. Then I asked to just buy it in full which he told me I could not do. WHICH SEEMED CRAZY TO ME?! He told me it was policy that the first payment go on my monthly bill then I could come back and pay it off but could not answer why that was the policy. After I began to question him more, he was rude and very arrogant. He couldnt even give me the cost of what my next bill would be...I left and went to the Capital City Mall which I found out I had many options, none of which this location made me aware of. Turns out I had a protection policy which I could get the same iPhone for $200 or I could get an update. The women at the mall location also let me know that I could in fact pay for it in full but she suggested I did the first monthly payment and come back in two weeks to make sure nothing is wrong with the iPhone and that I could return it if I am not satisfied. If I paid up front I would not be able to return in in the first two weeks. CLEARLY THIS LOCATION HAS VERY LITTLE TRAINING OR INCENTIVES TO NOT LET ME KNOW HOW MY PLAN REALLY WORKS. DO NOT GO HERE, as getting a new phone is stressful enough! (Notice how the owner did not respond to my review until 4 months after)

we waited patiently for over a half hour, maybe forty-five minutes, and it was packed in there. when we finally got a worker to help us, he asked what he could do for us and shook our hands. we had told him we bought the 7 plus at an authorized retailer and we wanted to change the cell phone number of the phone we upgraded to another phone because the other phone was still under contract. well, instead of being nice about it, he said that we couldve easily done this already and wouldnt have had to wait and that it wasnt hard at all. both of our phones have mophie cases on them, and instead of sliding the top of the case off, he yanked the top as hard as he could and broke the top off, splitting into two. he then continued to take the SIM cards out and again told us that we couldve done it ourselves. to be clear, we tried switching the SIM cards before, but we didnt know we had to reset the phones. after switching the SIM cards, he gave both phones back, said goodbye, and helped the next group. he never even apologized for breaking the $100 case, just said "oh, that should be okay." now we have to glue it when we get home. very unprofessional in my opinion.
