Nissa Kise, the Sprint representative, was beyond amazing in helping me with my phone dilemma She truly went above and beyond, and spent 2 hours with me to fix my issues, she even went as far as calling many different people in the Sprint branch to address problem that I was having. Her warm and welcoming personality, truly is, the pinnacle of what outstanding and great customer service is! Go Nissa! Also, the rest of the staff seemed friendly as well. Highly recommend these folks!

Dont go here! The Premier Store is close to pepboys. Go to the store @ 6200 Carlisle Pike Go see the store Manager - He does great deals in the store. Dont go online. They are the store next to the Art Gallery, near Pep Boys across from Wendys and Applebees. These guys are down to Earth and can relate to the customer base. Dont go anywhere else. They will hose you elsewhere. I always get a great deal at 6200 carlisle pike next to artworks. Good luck.

After my bad experiences at the other stores, I was relieved to find Chris again. He used to be at the one in Carlisle. He took the time out of his busy day to go over my questions. If it wasnt for him I would have left Sprint long ago. I highly reccommend seeing him.
