I honestly dont know who would give this place less then 5 stars! EVERY time I go into the store I get a hello, and can I help you? I have 2 cats, 53 gallon fish tank and recently purchased a hamster for my daughter all of my shopping is at this store! They have the BEST live stock in the area. And you cant beat the prices also they guarantee all of their products. I cant say enough good things about this store. Beyond 5 stars in my book.

I really like this store. They take care of their animals and the employees are always ready and willing to help. They have the best price on crickets as well. I seen the one employee walking around with a conure parrot on his shoulder making sure it has human interaction. I get all my pet supplies from them.

I absolutely love this store. The animals are always kept clean as well as all the tanks. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. My only complaint is they run out of Oxbow Guinea pig food, its happened twice now.

Friendly, helpful staff! Incredible manager; he specially orders a larger size of a specific brand of dog food for me just because I requested it. My dogs love it there too

Its a pet supply store prices in line with other local stores. No one offers to help unless you go find someone but had same experience at another pet chain.
