I recently purchased a pinkie from precious pets for my baby albino corn snake and i was concerned that the baby rat was too big for my corn snake to digest...I went back to the pet store with my concern and the woman there, (with an attitude) INSISTED that my snake will be able to eat and digest the rat..so this being my first time owning a snake i took her advice and my baby snake did in fact eat the pinkie BUT could not digest it and then hours later she had died...i was heartbroken and angry. They clearly dont know what they are talking about over there and that ladys position should be reconsidered by managment.

I had an excellent experience at this place. The person who helped me was helpful and friendly - she was extremely knowledgeable and keen to chat about about all aspects of fish care. On top of this she took time to search for a spare filter part I needed. A very friendly and expert bunch of people - Id recommend this place to anyone.

Upon entering I saw a fish laying on the top of a tank. It happens... But not with betas since they are in an enclosed container. The major issue I had was the over crowd of animals sold there. 6 rats in a 5 gallon tank. They were fighting. There were too many in that tank.

Ive been going to store for about 2 years. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable, except for one female worker. Shes not very knowledgeable regarding pet needs and her answers to questions about pet needs are somewhat dismissive. Other than that I love the store.

It is going on 2 yrs I purchased a male canary from here. Smokey sings beautiful melodies and he is happy, healthy and content. My pups bark to him and he responds with song.
