We like this store a lot. We own 2 geckos, a tortoise, an aquarium that includes several fish and a lobster, all purchased from PetCo over the past couple years. What stands out for us are the people that work here - they are nice, knowledgeable and competent, and really friendly with my son whos into animals. I like the fact that they dont rush us or push something onto us when were there. Rather, there have been a couple instances when they advised us not to get any more fish until wed tested the water in our aquarium (because a couple fish had recently died). We did, and found a high concentration of ammonia for which they advised the right methods of cleaning and treatment (simple cleaning of the gravel at the base of the aquarium, nothing fancy or expensive). We also purchased our geckos and related habitat paraphernalia from here, and constantly go back to get crickets. I dont have experience with mammals here, but for reptiles and fish, and just for the people, Id strongly recommend this store.

The environment is everything you could hope for from a pet store. The staff (specifically Annie) are wonderful and really love and care about your pets. I bring my dog there and they worked with me to find the right toys and treats for my dog. Although some of the toys proved not to be durable enough for my heavy chewer, the staff were happy to return the toys. They seem to really care about getting to know you and your furry friends, I even received a phone call later in the week to see how things were going with my dog and the things I bought him. I highly recommend you get your pet supplies here.

Horrible experience with groomer Matt. Didnt do half of what I paid for, this was the first time I went to this location. He kept calling me telling me he was behind, that were no other dogs there, I watched for awhile outside, he was mostly outside smoking and on the phone several times and when I complained in store as he went outside AGAIN they ran and got him. The shave job is beyond terrible I called corporate no reply. NEVER AGAIN. stick to Hamilton if you can

Great groomer shop. I have 2 mini dachshunds who dont mind coming here because the groomers are always so kind to them. They are great at dremmeling their nails, and the dogs always smell good enough to eat when I pick them up. I will keep coming back because they are reasonably priced and do a super job!

Dog owner. I frequent this Petco due to the location. I have never had an issue finding exactly what I need. The staff are always willing to help and I have even run into sales reps here as well for certain products (Blue Buffalo. Will not stop coming here unless it makes no logistical sense.

Dont like this store. The female Manager(dont know her name but shes loud, shorty and too hyper) makes such a big deal when you make a return & on top, she tries to rip you off by crediting your cc for less than the actual cc charge.

Great store, I always find it to be clean and organized. The grooming salon is great, as well. Ive never had a problem getting an appointment, and theyre efficient and kind to my scaredy-cat dog.

Hate that store. The manager lisa is a depressed angry woman. Instead of doing her job she sits in the offflice and takes depression meds!! What a good person to rep that store.
