i have a problem with with the employees is this store specifically. i was there 10 mintues ago.My Daughter wanted a pair of sketchers game kicks and asked the attendant if they had any for girls . He told her that sketchers dose not make that style of shoe for girls . my daughter corrected him and told him they do and they have flowers on the side. Instead of him getting on his earpiece and asking another attendant he said he never heard of them and dismissed her. i took her to the shelves where her shoe size was and found them on the shelf. they had every size accept 3 and 3.5. i asked another attendant if she had that style of shoe in the back in a size 3. Without looking she said what was on the shelf was what was available but she could order them online. She looked at the shoe box and said that size 2 was the biggest size that sketchers makes in that style. My daughter started crying in the store right in front of the shoes she wanted . i Get home and jump online and not only dose sketchers make up to a size 4 but famous footwear is not the only place that sells them. Like im not going to check. This place has lost my patronage .While i was in there also shopping i saw my neighbor and his kids shopping for shoes. guess who else you just lost as a costumer.
