I have purchased several pairs of Sketchers work and casual boots here. Great price and love the product. Extremely comfortable and last . The styles I have previously bought and loved is no longer in stores. I purchased a different style of Sketchers 2 weeks ago, but after wearing them 3 different days at work I found my feet were killing me. I called and spoke with Shelley, the store manager, and she told me to come in and she would honor a store credit and accept them for return, even though they were obviously worn. I exchanged them for a pair of Timberlands that look and feel great on my feet. Very helpfull staff and I cant thank them enough for their superior customer service. Thank you!
