The staff are not involved with the customer and they usually have a "I dont care" attitude. I visited this location multiple times and they have never asked me for help. They didnt want to help even when I asked. It;s like theyre paid to walk around and look. There is usually one worker there who is actually working and helpful, but I cannot get him to help me because he is busy and actually working. As Im typing this, Im trying to call the store and they dont pick up. Journeys, Footlocker, and FInishLine all picked up yet I called Champs 3 times and I waited through all of the rings. Im extremely disappointed.

They force u to buy their display shoe !!! After they brung my childs sneakers out I asked where did the display sneaker go n the girl told me in the box ! I open the box n u can tell right away! Color was off fr the other sneaker in the box the front was creased laces had a little lint ! When I pointed it out to the young woman she told me thats how Champs is and if i dont like it I can buy my sneakers somewhere else! So of course I took my money to FINISH LINE N FOOTLOCKER !!!!! I still got my daughters sneakers and they were both new ! I would def give zero stars but I had to at least give one!

Me and my husband were just in the store and my husband found a pair of shoes he wanted but nobody came and asked if he needed help so you lost a sale by not helping and Ive been here other time and the staff are always on their phones.
