When I called to ask about their shoe selection, they rushed me off the phone by cutting me off and answering my questions before I finished asking them. Just to hang up on me, before I could ask any other questions. I spoke with the Asian woman. If they are too busy, then dont answering the phone. Its not worth being rude to paying customers. I couldnt even ask the price of the shoes. And I have purchased here before, but that was totally offensive. Horrible customer service.

I had an illegal transaction take place at this store. My debit card was on me when the transaction was made, Ive never been to this store in my life. Whoever came there had my card numbers written down. SHAME on the owners, workers, etc for taking card numbers without a valid card or ID present at the time of the transaction. Dishonest to the fullest as they are only worried about making money. I would give it zero stars if it were possible.

Awesome shoe store been going here for years . The looser Brianna doesnt know what she is talking about. Like who calls a shoe store to the ask prices of shoes anyway just walk in like everyone else and if you cant afford it then leave DUH . Chris is very awesome and patient and so is his mother .

The owner refused to accept to give me a refund even though I stated clearly that the running shoes were ill-fitted. Poor customer service
