My daughter bought me a pair of sandals for Mothers Day from Famous Footwear at your Westtown store and I was quite pleased. She read my mind because I was planning on shopping for a pair when time allowed, and she bought me exactly what I had in mind. Ive had many kinds of sandals before but never these with the toes closed in. She bought them in, I opened them, tried them on and wore them when we went out to dinner. They are sweet, very comfortable. Took my time went online and ordered my husband and grandson a pair each. Hope they enjoy them as much as I am enjoying mine. I would definitely recommend this store for sandals.

Just came from this store 3/18/17 Cheri the sales rep was SUPER NICE and SUPER PATIENT as I had my husband and toddler shopping for shoes along with me. We were there for almost an hour and Cheri said take my time anything I need let her know and that is what I like no pushy sales person stalking you around. Cheri did not do that. And the sales were great too. I think I found a shoe store for my family. Thanks FFW one please customer

Was mistreated by an untrained, unprofessional, ignorant sales associate who basically told me she wasnt going to do her the second I walked in the door. I will never return to any famous footwear ever again.
