WORST RITE AID SERVICE EVER! They have to be the slooooooowest people in the world. Ive stood in line last Saturday for 7 minutes while the pharmacist finished typing something on the computer BEFORE she even said hello. Please keep in mind i was the only one in line. The Pharmacist there are the WORST! They have ZERO customer service skills. The Cashiers at the front are all slow as well. I stood in line a few times for over 10 minutes... with only a few people in line. They really need to revamp this store. I will be switching pharmacies.

I had posted an honest but not so nice review based on my overall experience which seemed to have no hope for improvement.... Well, I just deleted that post and am now posting that recently I have seen a noticeable turn around in customer service, with more smiles/kindness/willingness to help. And the store has received a nice overdue deep cleaning/renovation. This is a great place serving as my local general store. and like seeing them do well.

Pharmacy and counter customer service is horrible. They are rude and slow every single time. Even living a 1/2 mile away from this location, I will drive alot further to get what I need. The pharmacy was great when the old pharmacist was there, even though the pharmacist assistants were still rude, but now dealing with them is just a plainhorrible experience. Enough that I am switching pharmacies

The associates are extremely helpful. You wouldnt know you are walking into a discount store. It is so personalized and comfy, you feel like you are walking into an upscale tailor!
