I called earlier today with my sizing/color situation (I wanted a specific color and knew I probably needed a narrow which is very limited with the Gizeh. So I have to special order it), and the gentleman was very helpful right off the bat. He told me to come on in to try some on, knowing I wasnt going to buy. I really appreciated that because I feel most businesses would either turn you away, or pressure you into buying something else, just to make a sale. Im glad I went in because I found out I actually needed a different size than I originally thought, thanks to them! I now know where to go for my future Birkenstock needs!

I have had two pair of Mayari Birkenstocks and am about to purchase a third pair. The first pair walked all over Florence Italy and lasted through three summers. The second pair walked all over Greece and Rome, Italy and lasted through three summers. This next pair is going to walk all over England and probably will last longer than me! The firm sole and the arch support are selling points to me. The expensive glitzy very flat sandals may look cool but they are very bad for your feet and do not outlast the Birkenstocks. I have no vested interest other than to buy a good pair of sandals.

I was very dissapointed with not only the product but in their "free soles for life" policy. Neither appears true! They wanted to charge me another $55 to get them resoled after the soles wore down (about a year) Even after telling them all i want was the sole ..no extra cork etc. As for quality? I left a pair in my car overnight. I found them in the morning, the sole had come apart on a brand new pair...again, they told me they would have to charge extra for the service they said was free when they sold me the shoes. I will not return there again. Off to the mall ...>>>>>

I went in today with my son determined to find the perfect sandal. Ive never owned a pair of Birkenstocks before. Kelly got me fitted with a pair of black Gizehs after I tried on basically every cute pair they had. She was super patient and helpful. Top notch service for sure. Ill definitely be back.
