I have relied on the quality and durability of Dansko shoes to support my (several-times-broken) feet for two decades. When a recently purchased pair showed immediate signs of wear/tear, highly unusual for Dansko, I expressed my dismay via Twitter. Christina at Dansko Customer Service reached out to me immediately and guided me through the simple and free exchange of my damaged pair for a new pair of my choosing (same style/type). Christina was friendly, thorough and prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. This long-loyal customer was kept from walking away from the brand by Christinas excellent, attentive customer service. I will continue to not only recommend the quality of Danskos shoes, but encourage anyone with concerns about their items to connect with their superb customer service department. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent customer service. A lady tried to help me find the right shoe for me. She went through how each of the shoes are supposed to fit, what to look for in each shoe type, and brought me several shoes from the back in order to help me find the right shoe for me. My left foot is a bit too narrow and longer than my right foot. Due to the uniquity of that foot, I was unable to find a pair of nurse clogs that fit me perfectly (the lady brought me nearly all the nurse clogs they had available and I tried them all on). I settled for another type of shoe that fit quite well and will be adequate for work.

These shoes are comfortable, durable and so stylish. The company store has real outlet prices. The shoes have clearly marked flaws but I have never had a problem with the quality of these shoes. My first pair lasted 10 years with regular wear. We usually spend a couple of hours trying on shoes and making a decision, there are so many new and different styles. The staff is friendly and there is no high pressure sales. I only wear Dansko shoes now, they are worth every penny.

I currently own 6 pair of Danskos in various styles. In my life I have probably had 15 pair. I worked in the restaurant business for 10 years. These shoes are the only shoes my feet like or can even handle. Before I only used them for work but now I have them for every occasion. There are no words to describe how much I love this company & their product. My feet as well as my mental well being were saved because of Dansko! 2 things to always get the very best of...SHOES (Dansko) and a bed :)

I visited the Jennersville store for the first time and loved it - the selection was good and the employees were helpful and very friendly. I bought two pairs of shoes and was completely satisfied. I now own five pairs of Dansko shoes and would not buy any other brand name. They are worth the money and the savings at the Jennersville store made my trip there very worthwhile. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned - and my feet problems have gone away forever by wearing them.

ATTENTIIN MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS!!!! GREAT PRICES AT NEARLY 50% OFF.......NO LIE!!!!! Great staff thats eager to accommodate by going above and beyond to find what I needed. Super nice facility and open to the public with nice inventory that is sometimes a hit or miss since typically due to whats out on the floor as far as inventory goes but theres plenty to choose from. I recommend it highly for the medical professional. They also have other styles for the non medical professional.

Horrible experience. Ordered clogs which came right away. Returned them on May 20 (verified), 2014. They have yet to process the return, put the money back in my account and continually give me a run around. I have spoken to several people, and to no avail. I feel I must contact an attorney at this point. This is June 2, 2014 and they keep promising me to call me back but of course do not. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I love the shoes well may be not so much when they started making them in China with defective soles & materials. Had such bad customer service experience, it has been 3 weeks and I still do not know when I will get my shoes back...
