I came in knowing that I wanted to try on a Minimus training shoe. Unfortunately, they didnt have anywhere close to my size but thats not what made the experience so bad. The sales person suggested that the store could order my size. I asked if there was a comparable shoe that I could try on so I would know what size I was, so maybe they could order it. He stared at me like I was an alien. Eventually he stuttered that all of the shoes fit differently. He didnt suggest any solutions. I asked if there was another retailer that sold the shoe, like a Dicks. All I got was, "uhhh... I dont know." At that point I got frustrated and decided to leave. I felt that the employees were not trained to walk a customer through the shoe buying process, or maybe were just so disinterested that they didnt care enough to try. Either way, I wont be returning back here. The store got two stars for being clean and in a good location.

Very kind staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Employees gave me space and time to browse the inventory before asking if I needed help. It is nice to not feel rushed or pressured. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable about the shoes they offer and their pronation type. When she went to look for my size she brought out multiple style shoes not just one for me to try. Will defiantly go back.

Staff was extremely helpful! Ed helped my husband try on shoe after shoe to find something that worked the best. He was knowledgeable and friendly and found something that was perfect. My husband had a knee injury and having the correct kind of shoe had made all the difference, thanks to Ed!
