I went into South Hills Jewelers for a simple watch battery replacement. They only have someone who is able to change watch batteries come in on Saturdays. This gentleman was very rude. After looking at my watch for a few seconds, he refused to change the battery because the watch crystal was curved and might break. I cant be the first person with a curved crystal on my watch. Shouldnt this be something that a good jewelry store is able to do?? I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Its great to have such a good jeweler locally. I had my fiancees ring resized. The price was better than a well known national store and it only took 48hrs for the repair. They did an amazing job, you could not even tell anything had been changed on the ring. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for taking amazing care of my ring! I will definitely be coming back here for our bands.

It was an okay experience. The staff was not very nice and service was nothing special. They arent very welcoming when you enter their store. Seems like they would be if they charge so much money. Ill be looking for another jeweler.

The first lady I dealt with was quite rude and had no customer service skills. When I picked my item up, the lady I dealt with could no have been nicer. I guess your experience depends on what representative you get.

Well now thats its official the customer service was great was alittle picky on what I wanted but the lady did a great job educating me on quality!! And my fiancé loved every bit of the right !!

The staff was great in helping us pick out our wedding bands, and friendly cleaning them (along with my engagement ring which was not purchased there) before the wedding. Great service.
