I always admired the window displays at PJ Rossis, however until a couple of years ago I had never ventured in to the store. I honestly assumed that there wouldnt be anything that I could actually afford! Then Ms. Rossi had advertised an in-store event to introduce some new jewelry lines and it sounded like an enjoyable, low-key way to check it out. I did attend that evenings event and had a great experience. The staff was friendly without being intrusive or pushy, no elitist attitudes, AND I learned that the shop carries a variety of jewelry lines with price points ranging from affordable (me) to the uber-wealthy (Fine and custom-design collectors). So Ive been back to shop a couple times; my turquoise and sterling ring from the Marahlago Larimar line is just cool and I always receive compliments on the design and stone. Great mens things in Titanium and Stainless Steel, purchased a mans bracelot as a gift too. Love the free gift wrapping! But lastly, and most importantly, Ms. Rossi and the ladies make sure that every person who enters that front door feels important. Now that my 8 year-old granddaughter collects Pandora she loves to come with me to the store, look at everything (!) and learn about charms she likes, chatting on her own with a sales-person who makes her feel totally special. That says a lot.

The clasp on one of my gold earrings had gotten closed too tightly while I was on vacation. I had seen this store on my way to the beach and decided they were probably too pricey due to their location, so didnt go in. A few days later, I was in the area again & decided I really wanted my earrings repaired. I went in and within 30 minutes my repair was finished. The jeweler looked at the other earring and felt it needed a small adjustment, too. I had my earrings back and the best part....they didnt charge me!! Thats unusual, if not unheard of, these days. Any time I am in the area and need my jewelry looked at, I will definitely go here!!!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring setting with Pam, the owner of P.J. Rossi. She helped him pick out the most beautiful Valina halo setting and had everything squared away before his proposal on Christmas evening. Pam left her Christmas dinner with her family to personally deliver my engagement ring to my fiancé in order for him to get the ring on time for the proposal!! We are both very happy with the service, professionalism, and quality from P.J. Rossi and we both highly recommend Pam! We just ordered our wedding bands with Pam today and cant wait for them to arrive in a few weeks!

They always offer a friendly help. Today I had ordered a metal watch band from the internet. I was afraid to take out two extra links, and the tool that came with the band was too complicated for me. So again I went to Rossi, and they said, "Here, let me help you. She took out the links put it back together, then used one of her tools to finish it off. Its a beautiful store where you are very welcome. Jewelry is so beautiful that you cant take your eyes out of it. There are many really unique pieces with only real gemstones all over the world.
