I went to Louis Anthony Jewlers because of my girlfriends naked ring finger… She felt it was scandalous to go out into public that way! Because her finger, in that spot, was especially soft; I felt it was necessary to get something hard there to compensate. Dazzled by the beautiful baroque interior of the store, we had to linger a while to have our eyes adjust. The staff was extremely friendly and approached us offering refreshments as we discussed the best way solve the problem of the naked finger. Lou approached us during that conversation and joined in. After reviewing some beautiful options, Louis, my girlfriend and I decided that the best solution was a diamond engagement ring created by the craftsmen at Louis Anthony Jewelers. After getting a feel for my girlfriends preferences, Louis privately met with me to discuss options… He presented me with three very very beautiful stones in the style that my beloved like the best, and different options to aid the presentation of that stone upon the ring. It was difficult to choose because they were all beautiful. After I made my choice, Louis had the ring custom-made and had it ready for me in two weeks. Upon seeing the ring for the first time, I was amazed at its brilliance and how well the stone was cut. I knew that she would be very happy with it.… I just did not realize how much! I would recommend Louis Anthony jewelers as an ideal problem solver to the scandalous issue plaguing so many loving, girlfriends of America today… Thank you, Lou! Dr. G

I went to Louis Anthony Jewelers after speaking with a few others while I was looking for an engagement ring. Louis Anthony was by far the best. From the moment I walked in i felt welcomed and comfortable. The store is extremely clean and beautiful inside. Heather helped me through the nerve wracking process of picking out the perfect ring. She listened to what I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Heathers knowledge and great personality made my experience so great! She helped me find the perfect ring and my fiance absolutely loves it. Heather even followed up with me after to ask me how the proposal went! We went to Louis Anthony Jewelers on a very specialized mission, to see whether we could get my mother a replacement wedding band that would somehow match the engagement ring shed gotten 64 years earlier. (The original band had unfortunately been lost.) We were greeted by Andy right away, very courteously, and treated with the utmost professionalism. He had one of the stores specialists look into coordinating bands and he eventually found one that matched *perfectly*. Youd think the two pieces had been purchased together, not so many decades apart. We went to Louis Anthony because of the great reviews we saw here, and everything thats said about them is true. We found something better than we could have hoped for, at a truly reasonable price, and the experience with the store, and specifically with Andy, was marvelous from beginning to end. I recommend very highly.

My brother always gets nervous when he purchases jewelry for his wife because he doesnt feel informed enough to make a decision. I usually go to help guide him with the basic knowledge I have of designers. However, when I took him to Louis Anthony based on a recommendation, I felt like he didnt even need me! The staff at Louis Anthony put him completely at ease and they were refreshingly impeccable as they educated, listened, and made perfect suggestions based on his desires. The diamond that we left with is by far the best piece of jewelry that his wife now owns.

This company was fabulous to work with! My engagement ring needed a repair, and from the moment I walked into the store (and was greeted with water and a fresh-baked cookie!), I knew I could trust them for excellent service. Annette could not have been kinder or more helpful. My ring was ready right on time, under budget, and perfectly repaired. With the rhodium plating they used on the white gold, this is the best my ring has looked in years! I will 100% recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for gifts, jewelry, or care of their favorite pieces.

I recently visited the Louis Anthony Jewelers in Pittsburgh for the first time with a friend of mine and instantly become a new customer. They have such a unique selection and convenient payment plans I decided it was time to reward myself. Besides I couldnt think of a better place to invest my tax return than at the jewelry store. I was surprised to see how many different designers Louis Anthony had, and I truly feel that there is something to satisfy all different tastes. I just bought my mom her birthday present from Louis Anthony Jewelers and she loved it! The selection is amazing and the quality of the pieces is something I havent seen in many places. The employees were very helpful. I wasnt very sure of my moms style but the woman who was helping me had excellent advice and showed me numerous possibilities. I truly believe that nothing is more special than receiving jewelry on your birthday or any other special occasion for that matter.
