I bought my engagement ring from here. In my very inexperienced opinion, all jewelry stores are the same. Some are higher class than others and thats it. The difference is service and this place excelled at it. I was in no mood to buy a ring that day, but they were so helpful, informative and made it a price that was reasonable that I couldnt resist.

I was very insulted by the way Mr.Shah treated me. As a store manager I would imagine that he would try to remedy my problems rather than pretty much tell me to excuse myself from the store. A previous review stated that they had great customer service, Im assuming that only applies to when youre making a purchase not any further assistance.
