door says 10am so i pull the door open and proceeded to walk in. instead of hello sir. im sorry but we are not ooened yet. i am greated with were not open that door should have never been unlocked! not like i unlocked it. rude staff and unfriendly. i sat in my car for 20-25 minutes waiting to see if someone would comensay sorry sir we are now open. how may we assist you. but no. they kept about their business setting up. well theyve lost my business! wish i couldnrate negative stars. when my boss says you start at 8 i start at 8. not 825 after casually walking in, going to the rest room, getting a cup of coffee, going forba smoke break. im there quatsr till ready and able todo my job! the nerve of some people!

Went to go pick up my wife ring on the 22 of febuary. The first problem I saw when I walked in was the "manger" was making one of the employees. After waiting 15 minutes just to pick up the ring from being clean, I had to go to work. Second problem was I ask what time you close. And the manager proceeded with " come on man you know what time we close. Unfortually I didnt know thats why I was asking. Been many times where this has happen. Just wanted to let the employee that was being yelled at
