Dealing with Josephine has been an absolute pleasure. My wife and I live in Australia so right from day one I needed a jeweler who I trusted enough to purchase an engagement ring from sight unseen. After extensive research I settled on JR Jewelers who not only had excellent prices, but more importantly, consistently outstanding reviews particularly in the area of customer service. Conversations with Josephine by phone and email inspired confidence and she quickly and efficiently coordinated forwarding my stone to Danhov for mounting and expedited delivery to meet a tight deadline. The ring was exactly as I had hoped for and my wife loved it. Unfortunately a few months later there was a mishap where the stone was torn out of the ring. Once again Josephine smoothly took care of everything, coordinating a return of the ring and quick repair before sending it back to us on the other side of the world. There arent many people who Id feel comfortable sending a loose diamond in a ziplock bag through international post to but Josephine is one. I have nothing but good things to say about this store and its owners and hope that this review helps anyone who is not yet convinced by the pages of other great reviews to give them your business. Youll be well looked after.

Me and my fiancee visited JR jewelers in search for a wedding band. We were very happy with the service and the friendly way in which we were treated. Instead of trying to upse-ll or push bigger more expensive wedding bands the focus was on finding something that matched, we were suggested to try a thinner model which given the thickness of the engagement ring worked beautifully! I was so surprised with the honesty and sincere approach of wanting to find the perfect band for the engagement ring that they anded up selling a cheaper ring. To add to this story, i live in europe, all through the process JR jewelers emailed me, kept me up to date and today my fiancee picked up her ring. She loves it, quality is great, its everything they said it would be. We are two very happy customers and this is a place i will truly recommend to anyone, truly great people.

I was a bit of a pain in the butt with some of my needs, but they were patient and always friendly and polite. The store has a cozy charm to it and there are no sales reps. Ive just received the mother of pearl ring ordered on Thursday. Sorry, I am still excited because it astonishing beautiful! I have never ordered online before and I must admit I was a little worried.
