Purchased my wedding ring there last year. The ring sat in the box for 11 months and I just started wearing it 2 months ago. It is Scratched beyond belief. The older gentleman who sold it to us stated it Will hold up very well and will continue to look great, however this is not the case. We bought the service plan as we always do from Kay and jared, but apparently he did not add it onto the transaction as they will not service my ring. The sale person stated we would be able to take the ring to any jared or Kay and they would polish and resize it anytime and we would be covered if anything happened to it, but now come to find it was all lies. The only option I have it to buy the service plan which we assumed we did from the beginning and ship my ring away for 2 to 3 weeks. I hope this is not how they normally do business but we were lied to and that sales person really took advantage of us.

We bought our engagement ring here and had nothing but problems after the return policy ended. The ring we were promised wouldnt scratch easily basically scratches if you just breath on it. Very low quality gold sold at an up charge. Kay has re polished the ring 6 times in a year since we bought it because thats how durable the ring is. When we asked if we could eventually upgrade or trade in the ring at the time of sale we were told yes, but now we are told no. They tried to sell us a 2nd ring and told us how we can keep the ring we dont like in a box since it scratches easy and wear a more durable ring. Sorry Kat I dont need two rings and we already spent enough on one. I will never buy anything from Kay again, they dont have quality products.

Sheila and her staff are just amazing! She really takes pride in helping her customers. I will never go to another Kay Jewelers... This one is the best!
