While living in Brickell for a year and continually making trips to Brickell Jewelers, I have always been extremely happy with their repair services, selection of jewelry, and their employees willingness to assist in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Considering they are a family owned business, their store is a comfortable environment with an incredible selection of watches, jewelry, and other specialty items. I have had extremely positive experiences with both purchasing and repairing old items.

IM OBSESSED WITH MY RING!Okay but really its exactly what I wanted! Its gorgeous and Raff i was so wonderful during the whole process. He was very helpful in us making the right decisions and even suggested a smaller and less expensive diamond than others he had because it was the best fit for the ring and overall value. He was very understanding of the budget and did not pressure us at all to spend more.I would highly recommend Ichabods Jewelry!

Terrible customer service! Purchased an item online at their FULL asking price then they REFUSED to send it unless I paid them an additional $680.00. This jewelry store is a total SCAM!! Dont purchase online items as they do not honor their prices, and try to extort more $$$ from you. Reports to BBB and PayPal on the way.
