Best. Jeweler. Ever. Really. And that comes from a tough customer! I know just enough about rocks and metals to be annoying, but not quite enough to do it myself (; Steve is talented, skilled, patient, AND he listens! (too bad hes already married haha) His repair work is amazing, and his custom work is OUT OF THIS WORLD (; And like I said, I am a tough customer! Ive worked with lots of jewelers on lots of projects, from simple repairs or sizing to crazy custom designs, and Steve is THE ONE! Ill never go anywhere else again! (so no retiring for you, Steve!!) I had him size my best friends engagement ring, and I couldnt even see where hed done it. I let him size my promise ring that Id wrapped with wire to fit my tiny finger. I didnt want to take it off long enough to have it sized. I finally caved because I knew I could trust Steve with it. (Also the wire finally broke after 4 years, haha) Our last jeweler *ruined* my moms wedding ring. She was afraid to try again, but I convinced her to let Steve operate on it, and he totally rescued it! Most recently, I had an awesome idea for my wedding ring. I brought in a color-coded diagram and a dozen hand-picked diamonds, and STEVE MADE MY DREAM A REALITY. Do yourself a favor!! Bring your repairs, custom orders, and whatever else to Atlantic. You can trust them to do it right and know youll walk away happy (and possibly dancing). Steve does GORGEOUS work and he is worth your time and money!! Sincerely, Most Satisfied Customer Ever. We have been dealing with the folks at Atlantic Jewelers for about 10 years. I bought my wifes ring from them and could have not been happier. They are always very friendly, treat you like family and stand behind everything they do for you. We pop in there from time to time to get her ring cleaned free of charge. Recently, Angie had an issue with her ring where one of the prongs had just plain wore out from normal wear and tear. Steve sat with us and basically guided us on what our options were to repair the ring. He rebuilt and repaired her ring to make it look like the day I proposed. We could not be happier with Atlantic Jewelers. They are miles ahead of any other jeweler when it comes to sales and service. Oh, and how many other businesses out there know you by name and can tell you exactly what they have done for you through the years? Forget the big box stores and go to Atlantic Jewelers.

You can trust this family-owned and operated jewelry store. I found them through my mom, and it turns out that other family members use their services as well. They have always cleaned my rings for free after purchase and when another jewelry store -- a large chain-store -- dented the platinum in my antique engagement ring, Steve took a half hour out of his day and fixed it for me. He didnt even charge me! I cant remember Steves wifes name (starts with an A, I think...) was so sweet to me. I was almost in tears over my ring being damaged. They have beautiful, "modern" jewelry, but my favorite part of their store is the estate type jewelry that is one of a kind. They will also work with you on the price and help you find something perfect for you. I trust them so much that I will bring my grandmothers ring in for them to size it correctly. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

I wanted a custom built wedding ring and I am so thankful I found Stephen at Atlantic Jewelers. All I had was a rough drawing and some ideas in my head and he worked with me over the course of a couple months through many revisions and wax castings to create the exact ring I wanted, even better than I imagined. Throughout the process Stephen was easily reachable and professional and made recommendations that made the ring absolutely beautiful. The store is also run by his family who always greeted me as if I was shopping there for a lifetime and always discussed the ring and wedding when I came in. I was given a quote day one which was exactly what I paid despite a multitude of changes to the ring and gems in cut and size as the ring evolved. I cant say enough about my experience and I will be returning soon to have him create wedding bands!

I cant say thank you enough to everyone at Atlantic Jewelers. I was in a bind and traveling the following day and due to a change of plans did not have the head to fit the setting for the engagement ring I was planning on proposing with. Without getting too long winded, not only did they find my number on a call log to let me know they found a piece that may work, they delayed their own personal travels plans to make sure the ring was completed. Cannot believe how rude the customer service was. Went in to have a ring re-sized. I realized it felt a little big and was told i could come back if it was uncomfortable. Long story short, went back but owner refused to re-size without charging full price again stating "I must have lost weight". I cant believe he would just shun off a good customer who was willing to pay (+ tip up to his amount). Shame on you Atlantic Jewelers. Maybe the way you treat your customer reflects why your in a shady strip mall.....
