I am writing this review to praise Provident Jewelry and their staff for their assistance with a recent purchase. I was in a pinch to find a gift for a niece on her baptism in a short time frame and within a certain budget. I contacted Provident and they put in contact with one of their knowledgeable and helpful sales people. Myself and the representative communicated through text message sharing our thoughts about the gift and within a few minutes created a perfect necklace and charm combination within my budget. The associate from Provident contacted the distributor and within 2 business days I had the gift in hand. I highly reccomend Provident to anyone in search of beautiful jewelry and gifts. For someone like myself who is not regularly shopping for such items and rarely can be found in a jewelry store, I found their staff to very friendly and helpful. 5 stars!!

Provident Jewelry is not only a wonderful jewelry store but is also very charitable to our 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Furry Friends Adoption & Clinic in Jupiter. Provident Jewelry recently hosted a fundraiser for Furry Friends and it was top notch, directly impacting the funds raised for our rescue animals. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and it was a memorable evening for all who attended. This is the second such event that Provident Jewelry has hosted for Furry Friends and we are very grateful for their generosity. Upon walking into the West Palm Beach store I was greeted by multiple employees who asked what I was looking for. After giving them my budget and style ideas the employees consulted with one another to show me the best options that fit my needs. As I wasnt ready to purchase that day, I left, but when I came back they had remembered what I wanted and showed me some new options that had become available. I was able to pick out the diamond and setting that met all my criteria and work with Jacob and Fred to get exactly what my fiance wanted. It was nice to never feel pressured into something different and walk out with what I wanted and a great overall experience!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jacob Kodner and Provident. I had a very specific engagement ring I was looking for with a unique custom setting. Jacob and Provident were able to find me the perfect stone and help design the setting EXACTLY how I imagined it in my head, and in an extremely fast and professional manner. Provident made the usually stressful task of finding the perfect ring to propose with (or so I have heard it is stressful) an ease, and I couldn’t think of anyone else I would work with in the future. If there were 10 stars, I would select all 10. Jacob was a consummate professional. He approached my engagement ring search like a true consultant. He took into consideration all the criteria I was looking for and helped guide me through the process. When we finally settled on the stone, he took time to make professional recommendations on the proper setting, consulting with his master jeweler. I never once felt pressured or sold on options I didnt want or need. The ring turned out PERFECT and my bride-to-be could not be any happier. I recently had such a terrific experience with Provident Jewelers that I had to share! I was raising money for Dreyfoos School of the Arts through an online auction and I asked for a donation. They were the most gracious and generous of any business that I have ever asked. They told me that they love to give back to the community. I was in the jewelry business for 17 years and when I went to the store I couldnt believe how great the prices were. Very reasonable. They buy and sell and have jewelry in every price range. I will definitely be back to make my future purchases there thanks to Fred and Lara!

I purchased a engagement ring for my fiancé from provident and I just want to start by saying my experience was amazing!! Jacob was outstanding with his care and professionalism on finding the PERFECT ring!! I needed the ring in such short notice, I thought there was no way. Jacob helped me pic the stones, band, and size it to have the ring beautifully set in 2 days!! I was blown away!!!! As is my fiancé with the stunning ring she is now displaying!! After visiting several other jewelry stores, I heard about Jacob Kodner from a family friend. I made the trip to Provident to meet him. He showed me a nice range of options, and I immediately spotted the perfect ring. I bought it on the spot. The quality that I got at Provident far exceeds what other stores offer at the same price. My fiancee is writing this review from my account, and I will add my comments as well. Jacob was very helpful in finding the style of ring and quality diamond I was looking for. The finished product turned out spectacular. Hopefully the image below will do it justice. In person it looks absolutely AMAZING! I was incredibly shocked at how much this ring sparkles, even in the dark evening light! This ring is stunning and I cant wait to wear it for the rest of my life!
