Good afternoon! I have had a really good experience making business with Jackie Abraham. The Office is so nice and secure that one can stay there for a long time without hesitating for anything. Besides, Jackie as a good businessman, knows how to trade with his clients, and make happy everybody. Good mention to his assistant Miss Vonni, who makes you feel as in house. Jackie and Vonni were extremely gracious and we were comfortable from the time we entered the beautiful shop. Not only is the location beautifully decorated, but the drapery that closes off the area from the front of the store made it all the more comfortable and appealing for us to display our pieces and chat privately with Jackie. After all, selling of ones jewelry items is such a personal interaction, and it was so pleasant to be in a calm, quiet and private area. There was no attitude of haughtiness or of someone doing us a favor. But rather, Jackie was charming, knowledgeable and low-keyed. Once we made the decision to sell my original engagement ring and two watches, we left with a smile on each of our faces, knowing that we had done the right thing. We are getting on in years, and now we will take another extended trip while we can. Havent worn the ring in years, but we will thorughly enjoy Italy, thanks to Jackie! I would highly recommend him to anyone desiring to sell or acquire fine jewelry! I just noticed that the name at the bottom underwhich our review will be published is my 12 year old grandsons sign in name-thats what an old retired teacher gets for trying to be sophisticated with computers! If you need help finding an engagement ring? Jackie Abraham is a great place to go! Extremely happy and pleased with a beautiful engagement ring, that my now wife, adores. Many thanks and credit needs to go to Jackie himself. Picking an engagement ring may have been one of the hardest things I have ever done, but with Jackies kind and patient advice I feel like I made the best decision going there. Under Jackies advice, I considered many options, including shopping around at different stores, but felt more comfortable going with what Jackie was offering, a local business with someone who knew what they were talking about and of course, a personal touch in a friendly store. Across a number of visits, Jackie took the time to teach me some basics, before guiding me through some options he had and looking at the diamonds themselves under some microscope glasses, it seemed important to him I knew what i was buying. Next the mounting and ring itself. It came together and as Jackie went beyond what any chain retailer might have been able to, and had it ready it record time! This included me being able to pick it up after store hours, (thats the personal touch I was talking about). Thank you very much to Jackie and his great store.

Very customized and professional service (and fun, too!) with Jackie and Vonni! I brought in a number of family gold pendants hoping to make a custom necklace... (I have been to other jewelers with no luck - most wanted to melt the pendants down or stick them on ugly chains.) I met with Jackie who listened intently for nearly 2 hours (Im picky and you have the store to yourself for your appointment). He presented varying chains and clasps to compliment my pieces, and customized everything I wanted into two beautiful necklaces! I picked up them up (and he had them ready ahead of schedule) and cannot be happier! Hes not pushy with buying your old jewelry either - quotes a price and objectively explains the pros/cons of selling. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure - cant wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience at Jackie Abraham Jewelers...had some family pieces to sell, did my research on-line and decided to make an appointment. From the moment I entered this beautiful boutique jewelry store, I immediately felt very comfortable. My conversation with Vonni and then Jackie only reassured me I did not have to look any further. Extremely personable, knowledgable, patient and fair are only a few out of many adjectives I could use describing my experience with Jackie Abraham Jewelers. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing business with them and would highly recommend visiting their store whether to sell or purchase a piece (I did look around...exquisite taste;). Absolutely wonderful! I first heard about Jackies place about a year ago, and have since been there each time we visit South Beach. Hes an old-world jeweler with a great current fashion sense, meaning he really takes the time to get to know you and what youre looking for, and then presents pieces that can be wild and entertaining and classically elegant. What we really liked was that he has inventory available immediately, and doesnt just show you pictures. It is a genuine, hospitable place with very impressive pieces at fair prices (not the lowest prices, but then again I usually dont trust the lowest prices, since they often later prove too good to be true.) We would recommend them to anyone.

It was somewhat happenstance that I was referred to Jackie and his team. But it is clear why this was the first, and only recommendation I had. Jackie, despite his location and area of expertise, is unassuming, and friendly. There is no hint of a patronizing way about him or his staff, and this approach makes you feel very comfortable. Theres nothing pushy, or arrogant about it, and do not be surprised if he goes out of his way to offer aid in terms of a phone call if ever you need information of his line of work, should your business be through him or not. All round, it is easy to write positively and suggest his business to the greater public.

A lovely experience! I emailed to arrange for an insurance appraisal, and my email was very promptly returned by phone call from Jackie Abraham. I never planned on selling any jewelry but wound up doing so after talking and then meeting with Jackie, who also handled my appraisal needs in an extremely friendly and professional manner. Then I walked out with some unexpected money in my pocket! What a surprise and what a pleasure. Since we are new to the area, he also took the extra time to show me around a bit and introduce me to other merchants in the area. I would recommend him and his wonderful assistant to anyone with any jewelry needs.
