Went to this store to get a 22k necklace fixed (it needed a "C" ring). I asked if they did jewelry repair and was greeted with a resounding "yes, we do" as the woman pointed to a huge sign on the wall. After her trying desperately to get me to sign up for a store credit card, and me saying "no" numerous times, she completely lost interest in helping me in any way. She asked for my drivers license and repeatedly stated she needed to "process" my necklace. This went on for over 20 minutes. I kept asking how long this was going to take and her pat answer every time was "I have to process this..." Whatever that meant. This, of course, was all going on while the security guard was standing 3 feet behind me. There were other people in the store but that security guard didnt leave my back the entire 35 minutes I was in there. I was told it would take "an hour or so" to put the C ring on. I asked if it would be soldered and was told that would not only take longer, but would cost more. I was presented with a "book" of prices. I had a watch brooch that needed a battery. The bald guy took it and said it would be a while and cost $20. I ended up leaving the store in disgust without any work being done. But they did get to copy my drivers license. What a nasty experience. They can keep their customer service, or lack thereof.

I went into jared a couple of weeks ago with a diamond ring to trade in and exchange for an engagement right. The employee I spoke with said and put it in writing the store would give me $5000 toward a ring and I would buy a $4500 ring and use the remaining $500 toward rewards for other jewelry. I said I would be back in a couple of days to finalized the offer. She called me two days later and said she provided me misinformation and in order to satisfy the written agreement I would have to purchase a ring for $10000, which was not stated the first time I went in and was not in the written agreement. I called customer service and explained the situation and they told me a resolution specialist would be in touch with me in regards to this matter. The resolution specialist left a message on my phone telling me the employee clearly stated the stores policy when I was in there and they could do nothing to satisfy the written agreement because they can only go off what the employee said even though it was a flat out lie. The specialist said regardless of any agreement written up between the employee and I if they deny it ever happened they have to go based off what the employee says. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS EVER DEAL WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

This was one of the most uncomfortable places I have been. The desperate sales flunkies are at the front door ready to pounce on you 4 seconds from walking in the door. And then they ask you a couple of questions Not Caring what you are saying you now have 2 flunkies puting a whole bunch of crap on front of you and they are both chirping stuff at you Not to you But At you. Now the worst part of the hole thing is you have also this Rent a Stooge checking me out and made me feel so so uncomfortable. That did it I was Done New tag line. He didnt go to jar head and his day was better. He went to Richards.

Make sure you get the prices up front. Told the salesperson that I did not want to spend more than $1,000, paid for the ring. 2 months later when the ring was ready, they said I owed an additional $400. $150 in taxes (that could only be charge when I picked up the ring) and $250 because the diamonds on my ring were bigger than the one I picked out in the store. They realized they were giving me a better ring than what they sold me 2 months prior, so they had to make up their mistake somehow. Buyer beware!

The customer service at the store is below standard. No one communicates with anyone Ive had she watches in the repair shop since May and theyve been looking for them since last week nobody communicates and Ive been instructed I have to wait until Monday to speak to Alex the find out where my watches are at.... what you advertise on TV about how wonderful Jared is is it complete false advertisement... very disappointed in Jareds

Went with a friend to help her shop for engagement rings. The man that "helped" us pursued to ask us if we would sign up for a credit card. After having asked us 5 times (no exaggeration) and us politely saying no he walked away and refused to help us look at any rings. By far the most unprofessional shopping experience I have underwent.

The manager, Ms. Arrigo is unprofessional. She promises one thing and one price the first time and then the prices all of a sudden rise and your orders dont come as promised. She promises to call back but I had to call myself. The store lost a great customer. I dont suggest anybody to come here.

I absolutely positively HATE this store! From pushy half of a man ARDY to their lying managers Queenessa – or whatever her name is! I am not sure if it is the base of their clientele that cause their mannerism to be so vile, however I will never return to this store......EVER!!

The guys in watch repair helped me for about an hour when trying to get a piece of metal out of my phone port. I vowed to come back and do business with them and have done since. Great crew, and good selection of quality pieces. Thanks guys.
