This factory outlet has some great variety of stores to offer. It has some of the staples like Nike, OshKosh and Toys R Us, but also offers some interesting choices like Pendleton, which offers some local flair to the Oregon coast. The downside to it is not what stores it offers, but the annoying streets and entry ways into the stores. The exits and do not enters make it a bit of a pain to get in and out. However, thats only an issue on the weekends or summer weeks due to the amount of people.

So, its not that this outlet is terrible, I just think retail is pretty dead and these are dying places. The Nike Outlet there is SO tiny...even I couldnt find anything to buy! I do love that that have a store that they emptied where kids can play (for a fee) if you needed to do some shopping. We went to the sandwich shop there and it took awhile and wasnt anything fancy but we LOVED our huge sandwiches and kids pizza. Id give that place 5 Stars!!!

Typical outlet stores. Decent prices. There was some vacancies but theyre being filled with new shops. Nike and Pendleton store separate from the main stores so missed it due to direction I arrived (you would see as you drive past from the south and miss it if you arrive from north). Couple good food options if hungry. Has a Tesla charging station (about 6) which Ive never seen before at outlets.

The outlet mall is on the smaller side, but still has a good variety. Less womens shops, but I usually shop for my kids anyway. Ive never been when it was crowded, and the service staff have been friendly. I only give it four stars because I dont really enjoy outlet shopping and the one time I took my older son so he could get a haircut, they had a several hour wait. @DarcysUtopia @YippieChicks

I drive my mom up here once a month for a hair cut from a gentleman in perfect look. He used to work in Lincoln City but moved north. I drive her from Pacific City to seaside just so she can see this gentleman. Hes the only one my mom will let touch her hair. And always makes sure she leaves extremely satisfied!

I rarely shop but this place had an Eddie Bauer with exactly what I needed by the front door. Took me 20 minutes to buy two good quality polar fleece sweatshirts that I will wear for years. Outlet has lots of stores I rarely visit. The cooking store is also excellent

It is a decent place. Its clean and well maintained. There just arent as many stores when compared to other outlets malls that I have been to. Granted, based on personal tastes this place might be a 4 or 5 star place. To me, its nice, but nothing that special.

Black Friday deals are not deals = a joke. You will waste precious time here when you should be somewhere else getting your 40-80% off. BF 2016 was a waste. Wont come here for BF ever again! Fred Meyers and Big 5 had great sales!

A great little outlet mall with a few unique stores including an excellent wine and beer store. Some good food options as well. Super clean and plenty of parking too. And who doesnt like sales tax free shopping?

Easy access, and although not many stores, the stores that are there are great. Ive been to most all, and have been happy each visit. The " coasties " are always super friendly, and easy going!✌

Nothing outstanding. They have the usual stores and come in handy when you forget something before traveling to the coast. Eddie Bauer and the kitchen store are good places to stop in at.

Overall a good outlet mall, well maintained and good selction. Beware though, not all of the stores offer outlet prices. But if you take the time to look you can find some great deals.

Not much good shopping. The kids shops are nice but there isnt shopping for in between kids and seniors. They need a Banana republic or Gap to round the selection out a little more.

Many outlets. It is big for the area and and some variety if shops. If you need clothes it can be a nice place to stop. There is also a public restroom with baby tables.
