In terms of the variety of shops and the draw of the mall itself, Id call this place average. Its clean and well-maintained, no question. And I doubt youll find another in a more beautiful picturesque setting. The Good: Its close in, and easy to get to. They bring some jobs and merchandise to the valley that wouldnt other be here. Subsequently, they bring money into the local economy, which contributes to everyones success to some degree or another. And finally, What an outstanding setting! I would rate this a bit higher, but for a couple things: They decided not to renew the lease of Sawdust, which was a great little independently own coffee shop that also featured local musicians. I cant quite imagine why they wouldnt keep them. It was a great little coffee shop that had character (in the good way) in a mall that has no other coffee and is otherwise devoid of interesting character, save the beautiful, picturesque setting. My favorite store here -- the Black and Decker outlet store -- is long gone. For a guy, that was reason all in itself to come here. But with no coffee AND no tools? meh. (yeah, I know: not the malls fault, but Im just sayin). That just leaves the Eddie Bauer store as a draw. The shops are spread out around the perimeter of a roughly 25 acre site. This means you have to walk quite a bit to get from one place to another. I suppose this is designed to get you to walk by shops you otherwise might not, but thats not the way it tends to work out. The upside of this design is that there is plenty of well-lit parking right in the middle.

Never go to North Bend Outlet Adidas Store. They dont respect customer at all. The sales people are racism. My friend went to this store and want to buy three shoes for her families. They refused to sell her. One salesman pointed his finger at her face and said:" Your Asian are re-seller and I dont want to sell to you." In fact, this is her second visit to this store. They have promotion activities, so she want to buy some shoes for her husband and brothers. My friend explain to him that she is not the re-seller and they can check her purchase history. They refused very rudely and didnt give her any explanation. They sell more the ten shoes to a white people at the same time. I was shocked. They really hurt our feeling. The USA is a country of democracy, freedom and equality. New immigrates make great contribution to this country. We want to be treated equality as well. They can not choose customers by their skin color. This activities are absolutely violate the constitution spirit. This really hurt our feeling and our confidence to this country.

Some employees of This adidas store are rude and discrimination Asian face. They refused sell anything to me because I can not speak English smoothly and because I have Asian face.They refused Asian face people use their Northbend outlet printing coupon .Also,They told lies!They sold more than 6 pairs shoes to Non-Asian face people and they accepted other Non-Asian using the coupon.The employee name called Jackson charged me by speaking rude and loud.He think Asian face will resell their store items.The fact is that I have never been this store before.This was my first time shop there.I explained many times to this employee and to his manager,but they still refused me. I have several Asian friends got the same experience in this store.Really bad Adidas store! My friends and I will never go there again!

The adidas clearance store in this outlet is really bad! Today, I just wanted to buy three pair shoes for my relatives,but there was a salesman said: You can not buy any one,I think you resell these shoes. My god! I feel amazing! I havent bought anything before in this Adidas store.Then,I said: you can check my card purchase history in your store.I am really a new customer.I wont resell anything from your store. Why the salesman think I will resell these shoes ?How they prove that? Just because I want to buy three rather than one? I saw other people bought more than three,and even more.I think I got discrimination from the salesman.He only see my skin color to refuse me to buy.

This outlet has some great shops. A couple of the stores are not outlets, however it added a good mix of stores to choose from. I gave it 4 stars because I feel like there should be more public restrooms and I have had some not so great customer service at a couple stores but I wont let a couple bad apples spoil the whole bunch. The Coach store has to be one of my favorites since the prices are absolutely great! Great place for holiday shopping and I even saw businesss getting g involved with Halloween and letting the children trick or treat at the outlet. Also, there are stores for the whole family. Baby Gap, Under Armor, Bass, Torrid, the Loft just to name a few stores.

Its really ridiculous that the adidas store manege thinks all Asians are reseller. I bought three pairs of shoes for my family the first day and wanted to buy two more for my relatives the second day, he told me I cant buy more than one because he thought I am reselling their goods. I asked how can you know I am reselling? This is the second time i am here and I never bought anything from adidas before.he replied they have their own ways to judge.oh my god! I just saw they sold about ten pairs of shoes to non Asian people. it is no more than racial!

I am visiting this mall fro a long time now. But now I question that with so many sales options available in everyday mall, is it worth driving. I will say, it is worth to come here, when you are looking for good deals throughout year, but may not be a good option if you are looking for new designs and budget is not a big constraint or it is sales season and you may find better deals at your local macys

The best part of our trips to the other side of the mountains is stopping at North Bend. The variety of the shops and the friendly customer service is great. Love going into the Customer Service office and picking up a discount savings booklet. I do a lot of shopping on line because so many local mall stores do not give me the same customer service I receive in North Bend.

A great place to shop! The mall is well laid out with lots of parking. It is right next to the freeway for easy stops and it doesnt encroach too much on the cute little town of North Bend. The mall has all of the stores that one could need. Im giving it four stars as the food options are limited; however, there are plenty of places across the street.

Very old and run down outlet mall. Would have awarded less than one star if possible. Stores are shabby and not maintained (old torn carpet, dirty interiors, messy aisles with product frequently blocking the walking paths). The only shining star in this place is Coach which was again incredible. At least the grassy areas outside were well groomed.

Outlets used to be where you get great deals but it seems like Coach always has 50% off the entire store and the selections at Nike are pretty limited. Got to say, hthe surprising gem here is Bass. A great variety of clothes, shoes, and accessories for a great value. Items doesnt feel cheaply made but its still fairly priced.
