When it comes to these outlet malls, theres not a ton to differentiate them from each other. Sure, the stores that are there could be a bit different, but as far as Oregon outlet malls go, most of them have the same stores included. This is fine and even a positive for consistency. The one thing that I look for is how the place is set up. Parking and all around layout are huge when it comes to these places, because the majority of time you go is when it is crowded on the weekends. This particular layout is actually great. Its set up as a square essentially, with the stores lined up around the parking lot. There is even additional parking. It wasnt difficult to get in and out at all. For comparison, try going to the outlets in Seaside. They have a horrible layout and it is a pain to get in/out of. Check this place out if outlets are your thing.

50/50 on this Outlet.... Depends on the day and the deals your looking for! Since of the stores are in NO WAY any cheaper or discounted than any other store (and the selection is minimal!).... BUT other stores there are great and you can almost always get a sweet deal. "North Face" is one of the greats. I can almost always get an awesome season on sweatshirts and/or coats. "Zumiez", "Pendleton" & "Hot Topic" are also good places for deals. Keep an eye out for the holiday sales (Presidents Day & Memorial Day sales are the best it seems). The sushi

Its great having so many great stores close together but I was blown away at how expensive they all were. I work for Lemuel group homes in Lebanon Oregon and I take care of adults with developmental disabilities and we drove all the way over to the coast to do some shopping for our residents. Our clients are only allotted so much $ and we had a hard time finding things they needed that they could afford or even in their sizes.

A great alternative to the jungle that is the Woodburn outlet mall. This place has a lot of the same stores without the God awful traffic. Plus, its at the beach so you cant go wrong with that. Most of the stores I went in to had good sales going on. At best its a great way to burn some calories walking around. At worst, its easy to fill a car with the good deals that are prevalent here most days.

Lots of variety if youre fond of the outlet mall genre of stores. On a busy coastal weekend, find parking in the structure in back, but make sure your roof rank isnt loaded. ( There is only 6 ft 6 inches of clearance to drive inside.) Once inside, try the store: Itinerate Artists (various genres of locally-produced art from a co-op of artists). Located between Eddie Bauer and Harry & Davids.

California style outlet mall. Good selection, not too many vacant stores. We got there prior to the weekend morning rush so didnt deal with parking lot fanaticism. However, there were at least 2 cars "stalking us" as we walked back to our car. A mini race to get our spot ensued. Not easy to find a Pendleton outlet, although I found the selection a little lacking.

There are many stores to choose from that offer good discounts on items that would cost you more shopping at their non-outlet locations. Big names include Nike, Eddie Bauer, Columbia, and many more. Tip: go to customer service and ask them for a coupon book, even if you arent planning on buying much - another layer of discounts might be available.

I would have given this outlet Mall another star except that I had to give them my email address in order to get a discount book. In the past, a Triple A card was enough. Personally I am not interested in receiving advertising email from an outlet mall. On the bright side, every clerk that we had contact with was courteous and helpful.

We stopped by to use the restroom, and ended up spending 3hrs there. We found shops for everyone in our family to enjoy, including places to get a snack,(in between shops that they know women/men will be busy in for a long time) as to make sure you keep up your strength, so you can continue shopping till you wallets are empty! ☺

Love coming here! Prices are pretty good and great selection of stores! Hard to find parking during busy weeks/weekends but they have street parking and a 2 level parking garage! Momiji is a great spot to eat after shopping, its right in there with the stores! Beautiful grounds too with plenty of benches throughout!!

This is a convenient outlet mall with a decent selection of stores. The toy store was the highlight for me and my kid. This is a minor gripe, but I noticed WiFi at this place is really poor, which only mattered to me as I had no service at most shops with either Sprint or T-Mobile.

This is a standard outdoor mall with dozens of stores and dozens of parking spots. Be prepared to leave and shop somewhere else cause you couldnt get out of your car... Unless you want to park hundreds of feet away behind the buildings like some kind of barbarian.

Best NW outlets Ive been to. Plenty of different stores and some unusual ones for an outlet area. North Face, Columbia, Under Armor, Nike, etc. Some stores seemed more like basic stores than outlets but plenty of shops to choose from. Could be the mall of the area.

Nice and clean mall. The outdoor outlets are beautiful on a nice day and is covered enough during the other so nice weather. Parking can be a pain sometime but there is always room in the garage. Good variety of shops and always something new trying to get in!

Like alot of.outlet malls, there were several empty storefronts. There werent alot of stores myself.or my.teenage daughters were interested in going to. The employees of the stores we did go to were great though. Very friendly for a busy spring break weekend.

Plenty of parking but the main lot in the center of the mall is congested and dangerous, so many people. This place gets crazy! busy and people can be horrible. Stores are good though and worth a stop in if your ready for the crowds and in need of stuff.

Do they raise the prices just to cut them later? Possibly. This place is crazy busy and I would encourage you to park in the lot by Bi-mart. The outlets are nice and kept clean, there are a lot of deals to be had, but you might have to look for them.

Quick shopping trip. Went for some shoes, we were successful with getting some cheap sandels. Brought my Pitbull and chiuahuha with. Everyone in the outlet mall was super friendly with both of my pets. The guard even came up to pet them. Great visit.

This place has such an amazing stay of places for people of any size. I have such a fun time going here and just walking aroun hitting up the stores I like best. The worst part about the whole trip is finding a place to park on busy days.

Its the outlet mall at the coast. Great selection of stores. Go to place for shopping on the coast. Get there early for the most convenient parking but there is plenty of parking in the adjacent structure. Also has a Tesla charging station
