I recently went into the Ellsworth store to purchase a SUP, not one person in the store was able to help, all they had was a packet of information from the manufacturer of the board. I did my homework and knew that the board was right for me, but I was hopeful that somebody might be able to tell what it was made of, where it came from, something other than what I was able to find on the internet. When it came time to buy the paddle, the sheepish clerk didnt even know the correct sizing. Listen up, if youre going to carry items in your store, educate your staff.

Came down on 5/18/16 to have a flat tire repaired on my wifes bike and was treated like gold by Danny in the bike shop. He was knowledgeable about everything regarding the bike and gave me several different options for not only fixing the tire, but some tune-up options offered in house. I did not go with the tune-up, but the time and attention to the details to make sure I left happy were above and beyond what I expected for a $20 fix. Thank you Danny and the team at Cadillac Mountain Sports. Keep up the good work!

Youll pay full retail. Prices arent discounted. I have had mixed experiences with staff that often, but not always, know what they are talking about. The selection is quite good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
